5 employs at least working. 1 lady actually working! 2 tables with people. 4 tables that needed to be clean! We watch 1 young waitress wait tables, clean tables, serve food all while 3 others were standing around trying to look busy!!! No help, no offers!!! Crazy!!! Including a very loud manager! Shame on your ALL. ?Breakfast was good. Won't be back!!

Came to this location today June 26, 2022 at 9:30 for breakfast. First of all some employee sounded as if they were face timing someone. The phone was on speaker and it was extremely loud. I ordered a breakfast scramble I believe that's what it was. Once the food arrived, I told the waiter...this looks nothing like the picture. I had a teaspoon of burnt hash browns. At that point I just walked out. Never again.

Bob Evans has lost a bit of its charm and "home grown" taste. Seems their food quality and plate presentation has diminished over the years. Not so much the menu or recipes but moreso the quality coming from the suppliers. As with most chain restaurants, I'm noticing quality issues in the overall taste, texture, color and smell of food. Just seems that behind the pandemic, food quality has taken a hit and I'm wondering if the need to buy at lower prices due to slower profits during the height of the pandemic has left restaurateurs scrambling to put out the same product using cheaper materials. js?

My husband and I frequent the Livonia location so we knew they could accommodate a large party we had 9 in our group that were from out of state. No one had a complaint. Our server Diana was awesome.

Good was great as always but instead of picking up my food at the designated spot, I was asked to move closer to the front door. Little strange because I still wanted to check my food before pulling off. Nothing wrong with asking patrons to pick up in a different location just strange.

Grapes had mold on 2 of 7 dishes. Manager yelled at us as we tried to tell him and then wanted to bring more grapes. Never apologized.

Food was terrible sausage wasn’t cooked all the way hash brown was greedy grits had clumps in it pancakes was just weird idk some where light some where dark terrible never coming bacj

Sharing this review as I’m concerned this will be a vacant building in the neighborhood soon. Myself and four children came to dine here for dinner. There were two tables seated at the time. We were told there was a five minute wait. A moment later a single gentleman walked in and was also told he’d have a five minute wait. He offered to do carry-out and the hostess told him they could not do carry-out. The man left. We were seated after more like ten minutes. It took 40 minutes to get our food. We were told one waitress was staffed. But she couldn’t handle three tables even though the others had their food when we were seated. It cost us 89.00 before tip. Not worth it. What is going on? And why can’t a hostess serve beverages and seat a table right away?! Makes no sense.

My hubby and I came here today while my in laws watched our son so we could have our date and it's safe to say we won't be back to this location. First off when we got there we were told it was going to be a 15-20 minute wait time which we were fine with.45 minutes after we are finally seated. We then waited about another 15 minutes before our waitress Paris showed up to get our drinks. She comes back with our coffee 10 minutes later and takes our orders.I think it took another 45 minutes for our food to come and when it did we didn't get the sausage patties until we were ready to leave and there was a hair in my food as well. The plates were hot but our food wasn't. It was more lukewarm like it had been sitting for a while under a heat lamp. The sausage gravy was brown and not white and the food was meh.She (Paris) was not very nice and only stopped by 3 times and one was just to say she didn't forget the patties with an attitude. She totally did. We were not impressed and won't be back.Theres no excuse for waiting almost 2 hours to be seated and eat especially when tables are available and the staff is doing nothing to clean them to get people in and out.Edit: after eating here today, hubby got food poisoning and was throwing up and so am i.

Ordered the pot roast dinner and turkey sandwich and both were absolutely terrible. The pot roast was burned and just tasted like char, and the carrots were completely raw. The turkey sandwich was super bland and completely soggy all over. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this location. Others in the area are fine, but the one at Middlebelt and Schoolcraft is atrocious.
