Staff here are always awesome and nice, love the blonde guy that’s always working the window. Today when we went through, there was a new Indian man in the window, who was extremely rude, gave us the wrong drinks, and gave us a really dirty look as we drove away. We will not be coming back to this location as long as that rude man is working there:(
Meg is in the window most mornings that I visit and she is such a pure joy! Coffee is amazing always and service is always fast! I love this location! 10 stars!
My drink was great and the staff is nice but WHY are they allowed to ask in the drive thru if we want to leave them a tip on our card? That is so rude and makes it so awkward if you say no. Basically forcing us to tip them. I understand having a tip jar but verbally asking your customers to tip you is very annoying and uncomfortable. That should not be allowed. They are already being paid, they should not be begging for tips and making people like myself feel obligated to tip them when it’s not necessary. No other drive thru does this. Just biggby.
Super slow. Took over 10 minutes to get a hot tea in the drive through.
Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere with so many different menu choices you can always try something different. Baristas are all very knowledgeable about the products and can help you choose a drink if you're unsure.
They now moved West down Ann Arbor Rd.
I got a latte this morning & it was exactly how I like it! All the beautiful baristas were nice & polite!
Disappointed that I know I ordered only one black coffee got two and charged for two on my gift card the cashier didn't tell me the total before I swiped my card or after.
Great coffee. I got the Michigan Cherry which tasted odd at first. It's delicious.
