First and foremost, I’m a doordasher and I experienced the WORST customer service at this establishment. Got there and I waited at the carry out counter for more than 10 minutes and no one greeted me nor checked if I needed help until a waitress decided to check on me as she was checking on her table (which was right next to the carry out counter.) I watched a group of waitresses stare and whisper at me and it was SO uncomfortable that I had to just simply ignore it. I was being judged for no reason and when I asked another woman what the eta was on my order, she didn’t let me finish my sentence she just cut me off and said “ Yeah your order for mr. ___ is coming up” I said ok and left it at that. Now it’s 6:25 and still no order… 30 more minutes pass and still no order. The woman who originally came up to me handed me my doordash order and couldn’t even look me in my face to apologize. She just handed me the order and said “sorry for the wait” and left. The food was so cold that I realized they intentionally didn’t get to my order because I am black. You all didn’t service me because of how you all felt. IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL. Especially with 5-6 waitresses available. I will never service this area nor will I dine in this area. Please do not come here. I’m begging you. Cook your own food or try another restaurant in the area. Racism has to stop, it’s 2022.
Went here for a quick lunchSoup and salad bar was still the breakfast bar at 2:00 PM on a Saturday. Hash browns were burnt and were not replenished in over 45 minutes. Pancakes were overcooked and dry. The mostaccioli had hard pieces in it like pebbles were in it. I couldn't finish it.When my turkey club sandwich came there were no fries. When I asked about this I was told I thought you only wanted the sandwich. There is no option on the menu for sandwich only. Why would I order something I didn't know about?Pretty much a fail all around. The restaurant is very clean.
I've been going to this Big Boy for over 30 years, their food is gross. The Big Boy sandwiches are less than desirable, they're so small now and who doesn't know how to make French fries properly? Especially a restaurant!! So disappointing, it appears this cook has no pride in their food.
Our server Elizabeth was awesome. The restaurant was clean and running smoothly. Place was pretty busy but the wait minimal.Big Boy combos were a nice retro treat.
Still one of my favorites. New menu items as well as old crowd pleasers.
Our server was AWESOME! All the ladies working on that day were very nice. Our food was hot and good. We will be back.
Our waitress was friendly, but I didn't enjoy my breakfast at all. My boyfriend went for the buffet immediately, but it took me over 25 minutes to get my order. The hashbrowns weren't cooked thoroughly, the biscuits were good, but the gravy was on the watery side instead of creamy. It tasted so peppery and that's not what I expected, nor did I like it. I just wasn't impressed at all. It was a clean restaurant, just not for me.
From the time we stepped in the restaurant, it was nothing but excellent service!! Our hostess/waitress, Teuta, was the best! She was friendly, polite, and checked several times to see how we were/needed anything. Not only to our table, to all her tables. Our food was exceptional. Waffle was crispy on the outside and nice and soft on inside with the strawberry topping, oh so good. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and service . We will definitelybe back next time we're in town.
Terrible online order experience. Ordered from their website and they charged us for items they don’t even have. Showed up to pick up the items, one of which was a piece of my husbands favorite birthday cake, and they surprised us with the fact that they don’t have the items and didnt bother updating their menu. They still charged us for them. When I asked to be refunded for the items they didnt have they acted like they were entitled to keep my money even though they didnt offer the products. Refused to give me cash back, gave me a lot of attitude, and then made me stand around waiting for a manager while the couple items they did have got cold. I gave up and just left to enjoy some of my husbands birthday, totally disappointed by the experience and the absolutely terrible way it was handled.
Breakfast buffet was just ok......sausage gravy tasted like out of a can. Bacon was funky. Price was way too much for what was offered.
