Ordered thru drive thru. No wait and food was hot. Fast service

I go to this Arby's a lot and normally it's really good but I was there on Monday and my food was cold and I called and spoke to a lady. She told me she could only replace my fries but my sandwiches were cold and fries but you can only replace my fries??? Then she told me I had to request piping hot food at the speaker. I don't understand why I have to tell a restaurant I want my food hot. Also who ever took my order got my order wrong and seemed very confused at the speaker. Please follow up with your people. This is the worst experience I ever had at this Arby's. I'm disappointed

The roast beef sandwhiches fresh and hot. Friendly team members taking my order and handed it to me at the drive thru. Also the member I paid at the first window very polite.

Around 4:30-5:00 today I waited at the drive through for 20 minutes with at least 10 cars behind me. Nobody took my order so I pulled up to the window and I could see employees just standing there talking. Nobody came to the window they just kept looking at me. Finally someone came to the window and said “ we decided to close early today” so I said “I’ve been here for almost 20 minutes and there’s a line of cars behind me” then the employee just shuts the window and walks away. Who closes before dinner on a week day without notice?! Who just ignores people waiting in line because there too lazy to come out and at least give some excuse to why the decided to close! Lazy and rude employees.
