The girl at the window had a bad attitude the whole time. Then I get home and one of my 2 French dips is raw and looks nasty so I have to share my dinner. My medium fry is maybe a small, the box isn't even half full. I'm not happy and am glad I looked at my food before getting sick. I wish places like you could do better for people that supply your paycheck. Don't go here unless you wanna actually be able to eat your meal and 1 not get sick or 2 only have all your order but only half of the food you paid for.
I doubt I'll come here again, closed with no sign out in front only on the drive up station. That's lame and not good for business.People need to know when you are closed not just a handwritten sign at the ordering microphone.
The chicken club sandwiches we ordered was cooked to our expectations. And the fries were nice and crispy. The bacon on the chicken had the right crunch to it.
This Arby's tonight was super gross!!! Our sandwiches were mushy and wet !! How can buns be burned and mushy at the same time!!! Very horrible no sauce or cheese when we ordered it!!! SMH !! Won't be back again!!!
They are nice most of the time, depends on the team working. This time they forgot a sandwich, but otherwise it was good
I ordered a 9pc hot honey boneless wings with fries. They put sooo much sauce on it. Way too much. I couldn’t even taste the chicken. My fries and side salad was good though.
The fish I ordered was dry with very little tarter sauce on yhe sandwich. Possibly due to the two sides of tarter sauce I asked for. Use to having on the sandwich as well.
Excellent customer service good food the girls bathroom is super clean if I could give more then 5 stars I would 10/10 would recommend ?
The Crispy Fish was NOT crispy and it was cold and lacking tartar sauce.Totally not happy with this visit. As far as the food.Customer service was friendly. Won't stop me from going to Arby's maybe just not this location.
Usually the food there is mediocre at best. This time we bought the fish sandwiches. The lettuce was so soggy it made you gag. And it wasn't because of the tartar sauce because there was very very little of that on there. We just didn't seem to care about the quality of what they prepared. I have cats and they would not eat the fish. My cats love fish.
