I really want an explanation as to why we couldn't get a pizza box. Did you happen to look at the styrofoam container with the pizza in it? The Pizza war ruined. How can you make it right? The food and the service was excellent. Ordered pastas and pizza. The reason why I only gave a 4 star review was because they could not provide us with a pizza box to go.Ordered a large pizza and only ate 4 slices. The server said they cannot give out pizza boxes because management said it was expensive to give out.Really? Below is the results of the pizza that was put in a styrofoam container. The next day Really?Roman village location and ford road location had no problem giving us a pizza box to go. WTHI won’t go out of my way to come back here. Should’ve gone to ford road location.
Food and service were great. First time there for me. Will return. Especially since one of my favorite restaurants across the street closed a while back. Definitely try the sausage and peppers appetizer if you like spicy peppers.
Very clean and beautifully decorated. Outstanding food and service. Our server Gillian was a gem. The antipasto salad was best ever had. The bread was served warm and very tasty. Next time I must get dessert after my meal! Looking forward to returning!
Great place to eat, friendly people, and food was awesome. Lots of food and drink options as well as dessert. Outstanding service! Best Italian food i have ever had.Definitely coming back here again.
We are 27 year patrons of Antonio's. The food today ( spaghetti) was not up to your standards at the Livonia location. First, the order arrived cold, spaghetti under cooked and was sent back. 2nd order was only Luke warm, still too cold. Manager contacted, charged $6.50 for salad. Sadly not up to your normal standard. This spaghetti was the gold standard that beat out everyone. If this was the first time we would not be back. Please look into this situation. The waitress was excellent and tried to make It better.
We eat here often and its always delicious, we all have our favorite dishes. But, something was different and wrong last night. My daughter has been sick all day and I'm absolutely positive it was the chicken soup. The salad to accompany our entree was inedible and poorly served, brown romaine, a measly tomato slice and two cucumbers. No croutons. No cheese. Nothing but bad brown lettuce and dressing. For making homemade pasta I've always had good execution but last night the pasta in both dishes was way overcooked and mushy. I expect better from a prominent pasta restaurant.
First time eating here. Service was fast and friendly, in particular our waitress Dawn. She was great. Food was some of the best Italian food I've ever had. My wife and it wil definitely be coming back!
Very good homemade bread, minestrone and Calzone.
After two long days of travel and finally getting to hang out with our son, daughter-in-law and fantastic 6-year-old grandson, we needed some food. They suggested we all go to Antonio's and it was a great choice. The restaurant is bright and inviting, the staff is pleasant, friendly and efficient and the menu is full of delights. The pre-meal bread, dipped in extra virgin olive oil (I added pepper), got things started. My chicken parm was significant in size and taste, with a side of spaghetti that was the perfect complement. The other meals, ordered from various parts of the menu, were all pronounced as delectable, including my grandson's pizza. We'll be here a few more days and I'm hoping we can make a return visit.
A group of 6 of us met for dinner at 5 Saturday night. Of course there was a wait as we didn't have a reservation. Fortunately, three of us were able to sit at the bar, have a few drinks and start the meal early as we knew we had a wait ahead of us.The bartender was fantastic, pouring drinks and delivering app orders like the pro she is. We had bruschetta which was as tasty as ever, then 4 of the others split an order of beef tips they raved about, saying they'll get that again. We were seated, with unnecessary apologies from the hosts, a little over an hour later at a spacious 6 top. Our waitress was excellent, with attentive and speedy service. I got the Linguine Delmar, which was loaded with shrimp, scallops and whitefish in a tomato sauce. As I had already eaten several pieces of the Excellent bread before the meal and another with, I was only able to finish about a quarter of the meal, bringing the rest home for another two meals this week. I highly recommend it.My only complaint, albeit slight, is that there was too much house dressing on the salad for me to finish it. I should have asked for it on the side but I'm getting used to eating out again and didn't think of it. The greens, tomato and cucumber were very good, I was just overwhelmed by the dressing. A very small complaint for such a wonderful meal.Service and atmosphere were both great, allowing us to talk freely around the table and catch up with the two we don't see regularly. It was a wonderful night thanks to amazing food and superior service.
