This place had long been on our food bucket list after seeing them on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives and our experience was great - GREAT food, great service. I tend to judge a Middle Eastern restaurant by the hummus, and Zaytoon's was delicious. The mixed grill for two was huge and fed us for a couple of days (glad our motel had a fridge!). Thank you to the cooks and crew for a great experience.
Everything here is delicious. You can't really go wrong. Sleeper treat is the fried eggplant and cauliflower. The grape leaves and hummus are top notch, and the pita wraps are perfect for lunch. The wait times are a little long sometimes since they're frequently very busy, but the staff are friendly and the wait is definitely worth it.
Nice place to grab some good food for lunch. Service was great, lady was very helpful. Food was awesome. Seriously, really good and fresh Fairly generous for a lunch portion. Nice outdoor seating area available as well. The location is just behind the main road so not the easiest to spot but worth finding.
Very good food, great service and the bread is delicious! Lentil soup comes with a lemon. Grilled to perfection. If you are impatient, please order before stopping through. This beef kabob is tasty!
My first time at this restaurant. And allow me to say the food was good. But the most exciting aspect of my initial experience was the Top Notch service offered by Ms Stephanie. She was a breath of fresh air in the cantankerous atmosphere that service staff have these days. She was very nice, excited to be working there and very accommodating to each and every customer that she came in contact with. In addition, she never stopped assisting. My compliments to .Zaytoon for such a successful hire. I suggest you pay her well because she is definitely an asset to you business.Bernard Rowan
Zaytoon tops one of my favorite restaurants, our family usually gets the chicken lovers family platter. It's so delicious! The food is always perfectly cooked and the home made bread is THE BEST! Love Love Love! Great location too, and the staff is always wonderful and efficient.
Visited for the 1st time. Staff was very helpful with the menu, service was good and food was great tasting. Very pleasant experience. Will visit again.
Staff was really nice and friendly! Food was amazing! From the lentil Soup, Fatoush Salad to the main dish, and the baklava for dessert! Everything was fresh and tasty! Service was amazing! Definitely recommend to others! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
Not all that familiar with Mediterranean food, but it was very tasty. Definitely did not leave hungry. Baklava at the end was a highlight! GF tells me that it is the best one in Lansing.
Was my 1st time here and the staff is very friendly and gave recommendations. The food was amazing I got a chicken kabob meal and the hummus was amazing. Pita was delicious. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I will be back for more and recommend you go try as well.
