Food was cold! Poorly packed. Staff was very impatient with customers. Staff acted like they couldn’t answer any questions. Bathrooms were nasty and hot water didn’t work!
They have the most amazing Chicken! Grilled and yet very juicy! Friendly staff and very quick in getting your order together! Will definitely be back!! Well worth the hour and a half drive.
Chicken was so dry and small will never go back. I paid over $30 for my meals not worth it. Mac and cheese was so dry and tasteless. Chicken taste like it had been sitting out for a long while it was so dry and hard. Yaya’s use to be good I’m not sure what happened but this establishment has gone downhill.
I used to go here very regularly and had great chicken! Over the last two years every time I’ve gone my chicken gets pulled out of a container on the grill where it has been pre made and is so dry that it is inedible. I have tried to contact the store to let them know and have filled out two different complaints over the last year without any response from the owners. I usually try to give companies a chance to correct the issue but they don’t seem to care. Only dine here if you feel like playing Russian roulette and are okay with ending up with chicken that is so dry and inedible, that you end up throwing it out.
Healthier alternative to fast food and chicken takeout. Pricey but what place isnt right now. Love the chicken salad.
I wish I could give NO stars! This restaurant has some challenges in regards to quality control, professionalism, and management.It's no doubt Yaya's has delicious, healthy food and provides a welcome reprieve for those who want healthy options to dineout for fast food. But, it's HOW the establishment is run that causes issues, issues that have made me realize they may not be worthy of my hard earned working $$$.Yaya's is EXPENSIVE! and due to the cost I expect quality service AND good food! None of which I have received. Over the past TWO years I have had issues with quality and integrity with this restaurant.You never know what you're going to get but as of late they have been really consistent with giving less and less food for the same cost, or how about missing food, or the wrong food, and when you try and talk to them about it you get serious attitude from the employees and manager!On 4 occasions within a short span of time yaya's whether ordered in or through grubhub have gotten my order wrong AND given me portions that are small, not large relative to what I pay for and what is advertised.On grubhub:I have checked the appropriate boxes requesting extra and have paid for it and they have never compensated me for it. I have noticed that when you order in the restaurant you have to watch them like hawks to ensure they get your order right as well. Why do I have to do this?I have had orders [recently] with about 2 tablespoons of chicken, a whole romaine lettuce and at least 2 cups of croutons. *pic not included *I've had MISSING food items, incorrect food items over and over again with NO compensation! But a whole Lotta attitude.Recently I ordered a GC salad, I received a small, not half order, a small order in the large container. I ordered a large GC salad. I asked them to remember to add chicken, to give me extra [I paid for it] and recieved a snarky, assine comment from one of the employees written on the lid of the container. *pic of portions and comment privided*Wow! Excellent customer service. Not really. The employee stated that the "instruction" box is not for these requests, misquoted the cost of extra chicken, and basically signed off from any responsibility.Why am I doing this? Simple, I've had it! I'm tired of wasting my money here. Mind you they do not know me, we've had no run ins, this is not petty revenge, this is a former customer who has had enough and wants to share the experience with others. I have included a few screenshots from other people [recent] who have had issues just like mine with no response from management! I am sharing the comment, my order, and the portuon size from THIS order which is still too small!!Who knows maybe yaya's will see this and take responsibility for their lack luster service and ill treatment of customers who pay for their expensive food and get cheap service and unwanted attitude in return.Bye yaya's it hasn't been fun, looks like I'll have to find other healthy dining out eating options.
Amazing.. explored another best Chicken place.. . Food is so nice. Friendly staff, spacious and cleanliness at it's best. Nice place to dine in with family and with bigger groups as well. Ultimate, affordable. I had a carryout from this restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty! Definitely fair price!
I've been meaning to get some chicken from this place for quite some time. I have to say that it is in just a really horrible location. We got the broasted chicken with mac n cheese and mixed veggies. The chicken was OK. Kind of dry and not much flavor to it. The sides were almost funny. The mac n cheese was literally the stuff they serve for school lunches and the mixed veggies were just steamed frozen bag mix. Overall, the food is pretty poor. I don't think we'll be going back again.
I was very disappointed with my meal. The chicken was burnt and dry. The salad dressing that I love is no longer the same. Tables weren't clean and waste baskets were overflowing.
The 1 star is for the pita bread and honey butter. Make sure you check over your food before you eat it because there were multiple black hairs grilled into my chicken… could’ve been from the carpet or the drapes. Save yourself the hassle, McDonald’s is right across the street.
