I literally just ordered and this the absolute worst experience! Why would you even serve this to anybody? They literally just started lunch! Wth! My double stack taste like soy and my nuggets look like trash. I ordered a coke and I swear it taste ?
Terrible. $30 for your lunch hour's barely reheated leftovers? Cold and rubbery nuggets, fresh and crispy fries? More like old and soggy. Thank you for my lettuce only chicken sandwich that had more mayonnaise than chicken on it. ?? the burger was so old and dried out, at this point I'm surprised you appropriately made it plain.Will never go back to this location. Gross.All you heard through the drive thru speaker was chatter and laughter.
RIP OFF FOR FOOD QUALITY!!! $1.70 EXTRA for Strawberry Lemonade w/ Value meal size small!!! For myself to get a bowl of chili, small froste, son #12 w/Strawberry Lemonade a lg.froste and 4 piece nugget it was $24.64!! Seriously! Fries were cold/soggy! There claim to fry fame is ALWAYS FRESH w/Sea Salt. Couldn't go in dining room closed, and line was long. We waited 12 minutes during non peak 2:45 pm. JUNK
Just to clarify I only eat Wendy’s food in times of desperation. However, My sister-in-law works at this particular location, so I can guarantee you the service is definitely above par.
The burger was dried out and old so was the chicken nuggets when I said something to the manager she acted like she wanted to fight and I should have never said anything good thing for credit cards
I just had to pull over and take a moment to write this review! Passing through on my way home to Cleveland [Go Bucks!] and wanted to dine in to rest but as per the new employee shortage norm some places are closed - drive-thru only.I expected the employee on the other end of the drive-thru speaker to be frustrated/burned out. I imagine they are the recipient of people's frustration and social ignorance. Most people spout off their frustration verbally to the first set of human ears available. In this case, I am sure this employee was forced to be the emotional punching bag of disgruntled customers complaining or asking why the dining room is closed!Well Karen, that's a great question. Instead of looking at the circumstances why not switch focus to the human being that is doing their best to sail a ship with limited sailors. Wouldn't a positive contribution be better for everyone involved?YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Have you realized the difference they make goes both ways? If you find yourself speaking negativity toward others consider this an attitude adjournment. Stop. Do everyone - do yourself a favor. Stop.Why? So you will make others happy.When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker,to my surprise the person on the other side was a ray of sunshine ? and spread joy into my life - and I'd imagine the lives of every customer today. He was vibrant and to quote, " I'm ready to rock and roll if you are! What would you like to eat today?"A perfect example of a human being BEING themselves regardless of the circumstances
The drive thru takes about 10 to 15 min -- sometimes longer. The staff appear overworked and understaffed. They look very tired, so dont be surprised if they dont smile. That being said, there are a few very friendly employees. Last 2 times I've went thru the drive thru, my food was was warm and the fries were stale. They obviously need more staff to be efficient.
The food was fresh and great customer service and surface cleaning was administered.
Always good food but drive-through only at this time and my car doesn't like idling in a drive through line.
Extremely rude people work here, have had several problems ordering from this location. Act like they don’t have time to take your order and cut you off randomly when trying to order. Took forever to place my order because they were trying to check someone else out in line and keep cutting me off.
