There’s nothing more that I enjoy in the morning then Tim Hortons coffee! When they opened on Waverly you could get through a very long line in less than 10 minutes. The other day I waited 45 minutes. Couple days after that I waited a half hour. Yesterday I went and with only one other car at the window I waited eight minutes. They had tons of staff on board but they seem as though they’d rather goof around and visit with each other than work. But I know the next time I go there it will be all new staff again. I would’ve gave it one star but the coffee still so darn good!
I wouldn’t even give this place star if i had the choice. This place is garbage. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a sausage biscuit that I repeated 3 times. She asked “no egg” when received she handed me the sandwich with no napkins. I also ordered a vanilla coffee snd I got a chocolate idk what it was, but definitely not what I ordered. Not even close. When I had already drove off and opened the sand which is a bacon egg sandwich. Not what I ordered. There was no one In front of me or behind so I know it wasn’t just a simple mixup up but simply just not caring enough to get the order right. When I asked for napkins and a receipt she handed it to be with much attitude. Very displeased with this place. Matter of time before this place goes completely down hill as it’s well on its way.
Just not a fan of Tim. The coffee was served mildly hot as was the breakfast sandwich. Was not impressed. Probably wont be back.
I have been coming to this location for that past 8 years daily and multiple times a day. It has its ups and downs just like any other place of business.But this is by far the best Tim’s I have been too. Other locations I’ve went too around the lansing area have seriously been horrible with making coffee and their customer service.I love the staff at the waverly location they’re all so friendly and sweet and have grown to become a regular to them due to the simple fact of their customer service and their coffee being better then the other locations. Thanks guys!!!
Horrible! Customer service is terrible. The cashier waited on the people in front of me left me standing there to make their drinks then went around looking for a headset to take drive thru orders. After a while of running around she finally decided to come back and wait on me. After she took my order she took the order after mine then started wandering around again looking for receipts. I guess I expected since she promptly made the orders before mine she’d do the same for me, clearly not. This place is a joke.
Great friendly staff. The breakfast wrap was awesome. The coffee was also great. For a quick breakfast break stop in.
Second shift is great emair knows my order and always hands it to me with smile

Waited in line for 12 minites before I drove off this am. The place is ran very poorly, no respect for others time. To the owner, get your staff in order. It's just coffee, not rocket science.
I would've given zero stars if I could've. This is the worst location I've ever visited. First they took longer than they should've, as they were not busy. They gave me the wrong food, so I went in to get my actual order and the panini was completely ruined. Falling apart and half of it was just grilled bread and some cheese no chicken. The cheese looked like it was old and already getting hard. Mind you I had went inside instantly after they handed me the wrong bag. Absolutely disgusting ! Do not go to this location! I will never return here.
