I ordered before reading the negative reviews. If I had read them first, I probably would not have ordered. Thankfully I didn't.Had a great experience. I ordered a variety. Bone-in wings, bone-in smoked wings, and crinkle fries.Everything was well cooked and tasty. The hot cinnamon apple on the bone in wings was absolutely awesome. However, as some people did comment, I wish there was more sauce on the wings.As for all the bad reviews, perhaps things have changed. Based on my experience,(5.6.22) I would recommend.
These are identical to the wings you buy in the frozen section at Walmart. Almost no seasoning either. Apparently an order of wings doesn’t come with ranch. If you make an order for delivery and call to speak to the manager, they’ll leave you on hold and never pick up. Also, they like to forget to add small items you add to your order like celery or drinks.
Had this delivered by DoorDash, didn't know it was actually inside Smokey Bones. It was the bomb... Way better than the BS Buffalo Wild Wings trash
⚠️⚠️SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN⚠️⚠️I decided to try this place for the first time; and I deeply regret that decision!I should have known something when my DoorDasher got there and they told him that they were still preparing it and it would be another 15 minutes.When I opened up my food to begin to partake, they had my fries in a paper bag. I opened up the bag and the fries were freezing cold! I ordered garlic parmesan wings as well as lemon pepper rub wings. There was barely any garlic parmesan on the wings and barely any lemon pepper rub on the others.To add insult to injury I took a bite into one of the chicken wings and to my surprise it wasn't even cooked thoroughly! This is chicken NOT steak; I do not eat rare to medium rare chicken! I am so glad that I found that piece as opposed to my 3-year-old grandchild who it could have made EXTREMELY ill!What about people who order wings that have some type of red sauce... If I ordered wings that had that I would have probably never even recognized that the chicken was undercooked!Unless you're into gambling with your health then I would stay FARRRRRRR away from getting food from this place! Apparently they're into trying to food poison their customers!
Delivery suck and when you call and complain they refer you to the driver. Very poor service and not a company i would ever use again. We waited over 2.5 hours before we called.
The last 2 time I’ve order from here my wings have not been fresh and they basically thrown my food in the box. 5/10 I wouldn’t recommend
2/10 wouldn't recommend. They was dumb light with the sauce, and the chicken tasted old and tough. I honestly want my money back. How do you get chicken wrong?
Took over a hour and a half to get our food. After the time it said it was ready. No one brought it out after we called in the numbered parking spots.
Idk what happened. I've had past orders that were great, and normally they would be 5 stars, but todays order was just sad. Ordered fries for delivery, but when they got to me they were cold to the touch. I don't expect then to still be piping hot, but these I had to reheat in a toaster oven they were that cold and soggy. Two orders of wings (no complaints about the sauces) and one order was what you'd expect, but the other order was just the leftover breaded bits. They were both supposed to be the same size. You can clearly see how much smaller the second order was in the photo. Photo is before eating anything.
Lemon pepper “wings” literally was plain chicken. BBQ sauce had a weird taste. Fries were hard and cold. Would give it 0 stars.
