Scenery was nice. Food took 20+ min to make and there was nobody else there except for who our server was chatting it up with the whole time. Checked on us once and that was about it. Fries tasted like fish and the turkey on the club med sandwich made me wanna gag. I politely explained the problem and the server took a defensive stance and said there was no fish fried that day so it maybe was just the oil and the turkey was cut fresh that morning so were not gonna get sick if thats our concern.. no... My concern was that we barely touched our meal and she didnt even apologize or ask if there was anything else she could grab us. And tbh i feel like im being nice about the whole experience.

First time going to the rusty mug. Overall it was pretty good. Nothing over the top but still good. Although the fish didn't have much flavor at all, everything else was good. The tater puffs are delicious and not at all what I was expecting. The ranch is housemade and very good! The server was real friendly and told us about her 4 month old German shepherd and was quick at getting us refills. No kids menu which was disappointing, but we also didn't realize it was more of a bar atmosphere versus a pub style restaurant. Pics are our order of the fish and chips with fries, fish and chips with tater puffs, blythe sandwich (pastrami) with fries, mac n cheese and 2 appetizers were the pretzels and beer cheese as well as the chips and dip.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We arrived at noon and waited 45 minutes for food when there were very few people in the restaurant. The waitress came back twice to let us know that my friend's appetizer she ordered wasn't made because the cook said he had too many to go orders. She ordered an appetizer! Since when did "to go" orders take priority over foks seated in the restaurant!?! No refills on drinks and my salad was supposed to have avocado on it and it barely had chicken! definitely not worth 11.00. We only had an hour for lunch. I had to scarf down my food while my friend sat there with nothing to eat. Won't be returning.
Really nice place, pool tables, huge projector TV's, and they had pretty good nachos too.

This place sucks. The poor server, who was working alone, was sick as a dog and couldn’t go home in fear of being fired!
Oade's Ranch salad was amazing. Hubby enjoyed the grilled buffalo chicken wrap. Service was good and quick!
