A had a wonderful experience. One female employee very helpful she talked to me and greeted everyone that came in while she was hard at work cleaning everything and anything she saw. The female employee told me she was the cleaning captain. And the truck organizer I liked her very helpful and friendly

I requested fresh shell for my chalupas and they had no problem accommodating me even though they were very busy. can guarantee that my business will be dealt with this is Taco Bell and not the one in Holt
I know it has to do with lack of workers, but this was the slowest taco bell experience ever! We waited 40 minutes in the drive thru just to order our food. They were out of some things including large cups.
20+ minutes to move barely a car length in the drive thru. Whatever happened to fast food. Taking their sweet time doing whatever in there.
This location has always been good to me. The people they have running the drive thru are excellent. They listen and communicate well. My order is always right. The potatoes are fresh and not chewy like other Taco Bell’s.
The lines are always super long it’s annoying, but the customer service is great, the food was fresh & hot, probably one of the best meals I’ve had from them & I don’t really like fast food only if it’s a last option.The only thing holding it from 5stars is the fact the lid didn’t fit on my drink so it leaked a lot.
For one as a manager/ business owner it’s not ok to yell at the employees ….. I understand times get busy and stressful so lead by example! heavier set white lady claiming to be the manager screaming and yelling the whole time no wonder they struggle for employees nobody wants to sit in here and eat listening to screaming and yearling the whole time!!!! Stood in line waiting for 20 mins no service then when asking for help I get told to do it myself!!!! That’s what’s wrong with today’s society the customer service sucks!
Not as good as it was when I was a kid, that’s for sure.The service at this location was great, the convenience in open time is great, but the food is subpar.Can’t complain too much tho - Taco Bell is ? when buzzed (especially in the middle of the night)
This location has improved a lot in my last few visits not only on speed of service but also accuracy! I do wish taco bell would bring back pico de gallo, But that is obviously not within the employees control of course. Keep up the great work!
