We were not acknowledged when we came in. So we went to use the kiosk. After getting to the end of our order the kiosk went to a screen saying loading and stayed there. We reordered on the kiosk to the other side of this one. Marked for dining in and our order was handed to us in a bag.Food was good. At least the Taco Supreme was stuffed adequately. The women's bathroom was pretty clean. This Taco Bell is conveniently located next to a gas station. That is why it got our business. Now on to Adrian.

Unfortunately this is the only place to get lunch near my office. Every time I go they are out of something. Today it was chicken and beef (90% of their menu items). Had already paid online and could not cancel. Also waited in line for 10 minutes before finding out it would be another 30 before my order would be ready.

I go to this taco bell pretty often and normally they do good but my last order was not very appetizing. The beans in the burritos were very dry and not very warm.

Today is Friday June 4th and I just went to Taco Bell on dunckel road in Lansing. I went through the drive-thru I ordered cheesy gordita crunch, chips & cheese & large mango tea and it cost me $16, way to much. I get home and the stuff's not even hot, is like it wasn't even cooked. I tried calling them three times it rang once and hung up each time. So needless to say I'm not a happy customer at all.

This Dunkel Road location got my order right..hot fresh made right food. Way above my expectations for Taco Bell fast friendly drive thru experience. Thanks for bringing back the Mexican pizza !! Kudos to management and staff!

This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. They employ really nasty people who spend all their time trying to get out of work. The drive-thru is always closed early, or they’ve run out of ingredients to make tacos, or they are “cash only.”You never saw a bigger bunch of losers in your life. The employees at this Taco Bell will never amount to anything, and they will always be failures. If you can’t even make tacos at Taco Bell, what can you do?

Stopped at 5 to midnight with 2 cars in front of me. 15 minutes later, I'm still waiting!A couple weeks ago I stopped just past 1am. According to the web page they close at 2am, but I was told they were only making food for the delivery people. If that is the way it is supposed to be, put it on the web page.Oh, 20 minutes and I still have a car in front of me!Edit: I finally got to the window. No apologies, just took my money and handed me a bag. I ordered a burrito supreme but got a crunchy taco. I went to the window and explained the mistake. They finished the 2 12 packs of tacos for the guy behind me in line before even starting to correct mine! Once again, just handed me the bag with no apologies! This location needs a new night shift!

Terrible. We walked in and was instantly told that lobby was closed (1pm in the afternoon)to use the drive through. Our trailer was to high so we couldn't. We did get to order through kiosk. I ordered crunchy tacos. Got home and they were soft shell. Horrible.

Today is the first morning that I was able to actually get breakfast at this location. I assume that's due to the issue most fast food places are having with staffing.Anyway, I got literally the BEST steak Breakfast Crunch Wrap I've ever had this morning! It was packed with all the good stuff, and made to perfection!Thank you for helping me start my day right!

I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. I Mobil ordered today and they were out of nacho fries. They let me know and said they would substitute chips and cheese. When I went up to the window the nice lady also upgraded my drinks to a large. When I got home I noticed they also added two free potato tacos. They go above and beyond to make every customer happy and provide better service than any other tacobell I’ve been to. I live farther away from this one but don’t mind making the drive for the better service.
