Taco bell is taco bell this one is in some ways better than most. Love the Cinnabon deals and the mango tea
Ordered 2 12 packs. Of supreme tacos. 3 only meat and cheese... all were only meat. Fail everytime taco bell. Been 6 months cause of this bs. Never again!
sat in the drive thru for a hour and a half. no lettuce no crispy chicken tacos, no tomatoes, and waited 20 mins for just our drinks!
If you like waiting in line for and hour and when you get your food some of your order is missing this is the place to go. But it's taco bell it's to be expected. Good customer service just felt bad that there was only two people working at a time.
Both Taco Bells on Saginaw are horrendous. The lines are always extremely long. Every Time I've gotten food for myself, it's always messed up in one way or another. My husband's seems to be decent but I have allergies to certain foods and when I specifically ask, and verify with them that they heard me, to leave ingredients left off my food, every time without fail they mess the order up. I only eat steak from there and the last two times I went the steak looked like it had been sitting for days. I've had experiences where I would bring the messed up food back and they would replace it just to be messed up in another way. I will not waste anymore of my money at this or the Grand Ledge taco bell anymore.
I went to Taco Bell and placed and order trusting them to make sure that everything was in the bag, but when I arrived home all 3 people in my order were missing something they had requested. 40 dollars doesn't guarantee that they will make sure the order is correct.
Ordered a quesadilla meal and they didn't give me a quesadilla. Asked for no tomato and got tomato on everything. Ordered chicken chipotle melts and barely got anything in the shell. The store wasn't even busy, literally no cars in the drive thru. Service was friendly. Visited at 7pm on April 16th.
The way the store is ran and looks. Tell alot about the Manger on duty. Taco need to re do it management. And employees, Taco bell clean up your mess
Get there 10 minutes before they close to pick up a mobile order and wait in the drive thru for over 35 minutes and they say oh we're are closed we can not do the order. Very poor customer service and I mean very poor customer service.
Great place to hang out, having me time ? while enjoying great food ... I like going to Taco Bell.However, sometimes the crew just talk more than working fast, that causes a slow service, but after that I enjoyed everything else.Totally good??✌?
