Insisted I use ordering kiosk, told them I didn't ike those and needed help. Customer helped me not employee. Bought family taco deal, wanted crunchy. Received soft. Bought cinnamon twists. Received plain no cinnamon on them.
Good food still but the prices seem to keep going up along with the wait time In the drive thru. They have a lot of staffing issues...
Great food excellent tasting challupas there sauce had such good flavor with several heat ranges from mild to hit to fire to my favorite Diablo I would recommend this place to anybody wanting some good quick fast food
Food is usually good, and they're starting to get better. However, I've consistently had items prepared wrong, or missing add-ons that I paid extra for (not once or twice, but every visit at least 1 or more items are not correct as ordered). Other things such as sauces or even straws will be missing after being told they're in the bag. They have a strong flow in the kitchen, but accuracy could be improved. Overall, they're alright but I remember 2 or 3 years ago this was my favorite Taco Bell.
Oh, man! They included everything we ordered! First time this year that they didn't short us at least one item. But beware - the new cheese dip cups are smaller. You might have to choke down the last few chips or fries naked.
My cinnamon twists did not have the cinnamon sugar and tasted like chemicals and rancid. I was not happy. This location is off and on and lately they have been off way off. There is no attention to detail at all. Don't go here.
We live 5 minutes from the store and by the time my husband got home all of our food was cold. He tried calling 5 times and never got an answer. I would love to talk to a manager
This used to be my favorite taco bell traveling bout five miles out of my way to go. Had a trailer so went inside instead of drive through. The entire time one of the line workers where coughing. In his gloved hand,also over the food line. Not just once, but the entire bout five minutes I was there. Worse none of his co workers checked him about it. They just went on like life was normal. I was entirely disgusted. I just told the lady who gave me my box to keep it and why and left five bucks poorer and ready to throw up.
The store was busy when I ordered one burrito for lunch, but it took 20 minutes to get it and the shift manager decided it was a good time to scream at the employees where the whole restaurant could hear instead of helping the crew get the orders ready. Probably won’t visit this location again, very stressful to get lunch.
Slow, I waited 23 minutes in the drive thru for an online order. My burrito supreme was made incorrectly-there was a dime sized blob of sour cream and next to no lettuce or tomato. They almost didn't give me my chalupa that was part of my chalupa box meal.
