I am not impressed with this location at all. I was trying to order on their website for my staff for pick up, that wasn’t letting me check out which I knew they had no control over so I called them, woman identified herself as a manager, and she was friendly. I told her the online wasn’t working and I asked if I would be able to order the online exclusive cravings boxes if I came in person since online wasn’t working and she told me yes, I could do that. I went to order in the drive-thru to be told I can’t do those in person, only online. I explained I had just spoken to a manager and she said I could and the apparent manager was short and said that girl was not a manager, she was a team remember and she was mistaken. No apology that I was misinformed by someone who claimed to be a manager. I ordered anyway, the woman at the window handed me my order and asked another woman if that was all and the woman responded that yes, that was everything for my order. I got back to work to find out I had not gotten everything for my order so I had to go back to get it. Again, no apology. Got back to work, we opened our food and there’s barely anything on the tacos. I highly recommend not eating at this location.
I think someone higher up really needs to check this place out and see what the problem is. The employees here don’t really seem to care about what they are doing. Most of my order was correct, but they forgot one of my items and another was messed up. I wasn’t being rude about it because things happen. The problem is they happen regularly at this location. The biggest problem is they put everything in the bag upside down. So I’m everything fell out of the shell. I would have asked them to fix it, but they threw such a fit over making something they forgot, I just didn’t bother
Kendra is a superstar! On Cinco de Mayo before Graduation weekend the lines were ridiculously long.We were asked for our order by someone who was friendly ,and unphased. At most fast food restaurants, the person asking for your order in that kind of situation would have an attitude. But they were very understanding and even allowed let us take our time as we ordered. When we got up to the drive-through we were met with a smile by a employee named Kendra who made sure we were 100% satisfied with our order ! I will definitely be back to this location as it was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had due to the upstanding customer service.
It's Taco Bell, so we all know it's not getting five stars for the food because come on! You know exactly what you're getting when you slap on your sweats at the crack of noon and take an unnecessarily slow cruise through the drive-thru. The food by itself is three stars at best, and this holds true for every Taco Bell on the planet.THIS Taco Bell though gets five stars solely for the people in the back. The last time I was here, it was of course the Sunday after a long evening in with friends and several bottles of potent potables, so of course I'm violently hungover and barely holding it together as an organism (let alone a person). I roll on up to the menu, and am promptly greeted: "WELCOME TO TACO BELL, THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!! WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU?" Hangover or no, this is 110% the energy I needed in my day. Instantly revitalized, I pull ahead to finish up the transaction, and see that this person is bringing the same level of exuberance to every greeting as they bag up orders, and their colleague handles the cash.Bless you, intensely positive Taco Bell drive-thru greeter! I hope you know that you were doing good things for your community that morning!
this taco bell used to be my favorite but it's gone downhill. my orders are always wrong when i go here, and when i ask for it to be corrected, it's still wrong. i'm so disappointed. i know there is stress from the pandemic, but just be honest and say you can only take orders if they are ordered as is. im vegan so i have to make a few adjustments to my food items and they havent been respected at all, with no explanation as to why.
Was delicious but I absolutely hate sour cream and it was put on my tacos when I specifically said regular instead of supreme also the person taking my order at the window never let me evn get a word in when I got to the window except to pay and never talked to me at all not a single word I only knew I had my entire order because he started getting the next person's order ready anyways next time please make sure that order is done correctly next time thank you
I have been here twice and it has been amazing each time! The people working are all pleasant, helpful and have smiles on their faces!!!!! I love this location and am also grateful it is open late. Thank you for having such excellent customer service!!!!!
Very clean and the Employees was great! They were very nice. They all was busy no One standing around.
A little over 45 minutes to get food for 3 people.If you want FAST food....go elsewhere.I understand this is likely due to not enough staff, but if the owner isnt willing to hire more people at a fair wage, he doesnt deserve your money.
Usually a busy location but it's still a good place for a late night, midnight munchies run :)
