Follow me!The staff provides prompt, friendly service.Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but the food seriously lacks flavor.It was horrible.I never tasted food so bland in my entire life.I had to add some seasonings to my food.Even then it wasn't built-in flavor which means it wasn't as seasoned as if they would've put salt in when they were making the broth or sauteing or however they made the food.The garlic sauce tastes like unflavored ranch dressing, and nothing like a real toum.The garlic was way too thin.No garlic flavor at all.I would make a much better garlic toum at home.Very bad.The staff was nice.The food was bad.
I generally visit an establishment once and if I like it I go back and take pictures and give honest opinions about my experience. But there's no need to visit again, ever! Nuff Said.
Been to Michigan Ave and Waverly locations. Sometimes it's good and worth it. Sometimes it's not and the worker just adds whatever toppings they want. A worker once gave me lamb soup when I asked if it was vegetarian.
All the signs say they are open but the doors are locked! I’ve only had one good service experience here. after today I’d rather just drive to zaytoons or make something at home. If you’re employees cannot show up to work and you as an owner or manager cannot cover them you might as well shut your restaurant down.
Good, tasty and unique. Clean. I don't think the average American will know their way around the selection, maybe they should stick to their burger kings and mcdonalds and let the others enjoy this place in peace.
I did not have a great experience with the food here when I came in. My husband and family are lebanese, and the tabouli itself looked like the whole bit was put through a food processor, tomatoes, and all. The chicken was quite dry. It could have been just that when I came in, it wasn't quite right, and it could be better now. I would still highly recommend our local place, Choupli. It just wasn't the place for my husband and me.
Tasty food, quick and kind service. The spicy sauce was the best and the pickled turnips were great. Had the chicken and beef shawarma bowls - hard to say which was better.
I slipped and fell on the sidewalk walking and cut my finger open, when I walked in and told the lady she laughed at me and said did you want to order anything, when I went to leave I went to walk around but the entire pavement was iced over I slipped again ripping my pants, and cracking my phone. I again told the lady working hey you really should salt your side walks she again laughed at me and said whatever. I get that’s it’s icy and I could have paid better attention but the completes lol but the complete lack of care or empathy or even just a simple are you okay was deplorable. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life
Every time I've been there the food is great. Sure it's more of a fast food style Mediterranean meal than other restaurants around, but service is fast and the food is good. Prices like most places have gone up the past year or so and you have to be prepared for that.
I really wanted this to be good. Problems with ordering. Problems with chicken tasting like it was from a can. The rice was good, garlic sauce was good... eh, just so average in a place where there are few good/better places at this price point.
