Today wasn't the best experience. I go twice a week and the younger two employees female/male team that are usually there give me the best service everytime. They kill it together. However, the older female/male team wasn't a pleasant experience today. He was distracted or half listening so I got the wrong bread and didn't add the extra cheese I wanted. Then she (def 40's) was irritated I wanted to add things to the sub. I've never heard that the specialty subs come as is and if that's the case I'll order it as a BYO. The meat would be the same so I'll still be charged as said specialty sandwich. Idk what she was saying made no sense. I was very polite though I was irritated by their lack of professionalism. Pro tip don't call your customers by lil nicknames like hun, sweetie etc. A person like me hates that. Just to avoid making someone uncomfortable use more professional terms in a professional environment.All in all it's a regular subway I think it's the employees that have a big impact on your experience.
It's one of my favorite eateries.What's nice about Subway is my order is always right.
Friendly and outgoing lady waited on me and made sandwich. Typical Subway, but she was great.
Wasnt very good, warmed sub was cold. The manager was pretty nasty to the lone employee working. Said lone employee was nearly in tears from the manager's harassment. Long line. Cookies were fresh. Ended with an upset stomach. $13 for 4 pieces of roast beef on a sandwich.
The staff of 1½ people did an ok job of dealing with a line of patient customers. At least they had all the ingredients to make my daughter's and my sub. The first one we went didn't have about five items for the simplest subs. Things are tough all over.
After a 14 hour day, I walked in 10 minutes to closing, they were very nice, loaded my veggie sub up the way I like it, and took the 2-3 extra customers behind me. After such a long day, it was what I needed. Thank you!
I not only got my sub hot and delicious but I wasn't feeling well and the attendant went beyond the call by saving me from passing out! Great place and great employees!!
100% rude customer service! This employee put THREE grub hub orders ahead of actual customers! Completely rude when he was called out on his poor performance.
Update November 28th 2021- added an extra star because of the girl that is working todays shift. Very friendly and efficient!
If anyone has had a bad experiences before im sry for that experience! Im a newer employee there i work lunch shift monday thur friday and will do my best to give u fast service with good food! If ppl are having problems with deliveries contact who delivered it! Its not on us! If you try calling during lunch we try our best to get to it, but we get so busy we sometimes cant get to it! I hope you give us another chance because i will give u the service u deserve!
