The guys that work evenings are fantastic. I go to this subway because of their service. There is a subway closer to my home but I go out of my way because of these great guys. Keep up the great work.
I went in around 10:15 at night and two gentlemen by the names of Alex and lads were unbelievably exceptional. Amazing customer service, great personality and just all around great guys! Lads made my sandwich perfect and they both wished us to have a great 4th and to stay safe! I had to let someone know how great they were in hopes the owner sees this❣️Thank you for being wonderful human beings ❤️
The staff have always been nice to me. They don't judge my bizarre food combinations and spicy preferences. I'm a little disappointed there aren't a lot of spicy options. But I can improvise.
We had a really great experience at the on the morning of 04/16/2022. Both employees were extremely pleasant and offered some great suggestions for our order. The order came out perfect.
My husband and I visited this location about a week ago. The staff there was excellent! They were fast and extremely friendly with the customers. The food was great tasting too.
Employees lack necessary skills to manage challenges when faced with long lines, food shortage or out of stock notifications, ie, if you run out of meatballs at 430, post signs to let guests know so after waiting in line for 20 minutes they won't be forced to find an alternate item or just leave all together. Resolving conflict is only 1 aspect of customer service. Going above and beyond is sometimes the answer, especially if one of your guests is on crutches or walks with a cane. We have to teach our youth to think outside the box and find ways to help besides googling it.
There's a young man who works there, he looks just like Rick Gonzalez, aka Spanish from Old School and he's cool to talk to. I love coming here, always a good time.

Ordered this location on door dash for my family. My son ordered the meatball sub, which they were out of. Rather than calling me for a substitution, they sent my driver with just two subs. I told her that wasn’t going to work and she went back in. They sent a plain, dry sub with a small amount of lunch meat and cheese that he won’t eat. Once again, never contacted me for substitution requests. It seems like they went out of their way to not be helpful or accommodating. Then when I tried calling, they didn’t answer the phone. Pure laziness on behalf of their staff.
