Attempted to order food on 12/12. Employee was on their phone, looked up, went to the back and never returned. Apparently serving customers was a huge inconvenience.

Went there yesterday. They didn't have slider buns thawed so the lady behind the counter split a six inch bun in half to make my combo. She made an error ringing up the total amount so when a lady came out from the back she asked for help. The lady from the back saw the 6 inch bun and started getting after the counter lady about not making substitutions, when i mentioned that it was maybe poor training she said "No she knows better" and then went to the back and from the back,started yelling at the girl who was still standing at the counter. Not only that,when i went to sit down to eat there was not a place to sit because of the loiterers. No one had drinks or food at the tables, but every table was taken so i had to stand at the counter to eat. I will not be going back to that subway again.

Very unhappy with my visit tonight. Staff should not have been left alone because they were not trained fully. My toasted sub was cold (toaster was failing) which was fine when i asked to have them remake it but warm my steak in the microwave they were concussed. One of the staff was on the phone with the manager just walked away from me mid sentence then came back to tell me she was on the phone with her manager instead of excusing herself by telling me she was on the phone with management. I then just asked for a refund which again confused them. Thankfully the girl was still on the phone with her manager and could be walke through how to do the refund. I will not shop at this one again. I have had bad service the last three times I have been there and this one was the tipping point.
