In the pass 2 week they have gotten my order wrong. Today I was asking why he charge me so much for a burger that I always pay 3.99 for. They charge me $8.30.He said the price went up. I was trying to get more information when he Closed the window on me while I was trying to talk to him. He was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back again.
Don’t ever count on being able to get food from this place. They have one person working here. The inside is closed and the person working is basically getting paid to sit inside and not take orders. Drove around the entire building 3 times and the guy literally disappeared after making eye contact. Tried calling the store and he wouldn’t answer the phone. This is why steak and shakes will go out of business. Bottom feeder workers that wanna get paid to sit on their bums.
The fries were old and cold but our burgers were hot. Whatever garlic butter they have on one of the burgers needs to be a condiment served for everything. It's delicious, even with the cold fries.
Terrible, sign on dining room said closed go to drive through. Go to drive through and lady on speaker said only takes orders from app. WTH!!
Long wait time at drive through, its not even peak hour yet there was only 3 customers, I guess short staff
Very poor steak 'n shake. We love getting shakes from Steak 'n shake. First no dine in that's okay considering covid. We went to the drivethrough to place order. They screamed at us rudely asking to place the order online. So, we waited in the parking lot and ordered a couple of milkshakes and fries. We went around and told them that we placed order online. They were rude again! Asking which app did we place order and our name and what did we order. We were telling them calmly, but they kept on screaming at us. Asked us to finally pull to the first window. We waited almost 10 mins to get the order and even when we received our order they quickly shut the window and we waited again as we needed straws, napkins and ketchup. No one showed up! The doors to the restaurant were also closed. Finally we gave up and went to the Starbucks nearby to get condiments and straw and napkins. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Avoid this place at all costs!!
me and my boyfriend ordered two shakes. when he asked if we could please have an oreo shake the worker responded no. im assuming she thought the microphone was off. then we got our shakes and more than half of the cups were filled with whipped cream. I had to scoop it all out it was disgusting. the pic shows the total amount of ice cream that was in my milkshake. im constantly disappointed with this place.
Rude that’s all I can say. I ordered and pulled up to the window and could hear them talking trash about me while I sit there waiting for my food. Seriously scared to eat my food because I feel like they spit in it or something when I was being kind and respectful to them. This location Just needs to shut down already or gain higher standards. It took every bone in my body not to go off on them, But I in fact have standards.
RUDE incompetent so called manager MIKE! Did a DoorDash order and didn’t add my shake and gave the wrong sandwich, called to let them know and he was being a total (. . .) hole and getting smart. I will be contacting corporate, I’m sure they don’t care however.
All of our food was cold. We were given two bacon burgers when we ordered one, it was a single not the double we ordered and one had no Paddie so small we thought it didn't have one. Definitely not a double. When we went in and pointed out our order was wrong they did nothing but laugh and say, you're food is there. It's not what we ordered at all!!!!
