Best baristas in town. Drinks are always made with TLC times a million. Would recommend anyone to stop in and experience such exquisite coffee crafting made by Lansing’s finest.

The service at this location is absolutely horrible allof them that I have encountered act like they hate being there I love Starbucks drink it everyday when it's convenient I visit this location and every time they disappoint they need better staff!

I was extremely exhausted and I asked the barista, Nicole, to pick a drink for me. She was super nice and made me a peppermint mocha iced coffee. She knew the menu really well and was very good at her job!

The store turns mobile order off and you won’t know. I ordered and they sent my mobile order to a different store 15 minutes away. Needless to say I didn’t go get it but I still had to pay for it. The employees inside are less than friendly. They act as though they do not care about your experience at the store. Just because the drive through line is long, eventually everyone will have a bad experience and they will close. Very disappointed.
I frequently use this Starbucks as it is the closest to my work and I love the people that work there. However, the last few mornings my drinks have been tasting watery. My peppermint mocha just tasted like a watery hot chocolate and my coworkers agreed.
I ordered a chai without water.. so good! The baristas are super friendly here. I felt welcomed when I walked in and as I ordered. I saw them greet and interact with several other customers as I sat and drank my latte. They make sure everyone, even mobile orders, have a positive interaction in the morning.
