Always get my morning coffee here! Fast and very efficient. Drink is always correct and very tasty. Happy employees ?
I am speech impaired so I usually order on the app and pick up at the window. One time it didn't workout that way SO I rolled up to the speaker and ordered like everyone else and the girl taking my order wasn't weird about it and actually listened to me and it was just so relieving. and then when I got to the window and tried to grab the coffee and the cup caved in bc i squeezed too hard bc my disorder and yada yada. the guy at the window simply took it back, put it in a second cup to double the strength of the walls, and just handed it back. it was just so great. Nobody made it weird, i didn't at all feel alienated, no ableism. idk, thanks guys<3

I just stopped in briefly for a frozen carmel ribbon crunch. My order was taken right away and drink was delivered in just a couple minutes. It was absolutely delicious and all staff members were friendly and courteous!
gets upset when having to remake drinks. Long wait times, line wrapped to the road and 6 employees just standing around doing nothing. It would be better if they had a bigger parking lot, 2 windows 1 to pay then one for the drinks or even 2 windows were you can get the drinks and pay at the same time.. something needs to change about the process there
Every time I come though it has been a great experience. The past two Saturdays I have come by and Grace Griffith, oh my goodness! She has made the experience 100x better. She remembered my dog, she made me feel so welcomed. I got so excited when she was out taking orders again! She Literally makes it an incredible experience!!! Also Madison, Dorothy, Han and a really pretty girl who is going to Australia and is from Las Vegas. They all have made my trips in for caffeine an absolutely lovely time!
The quality of the coffee and staff are great, but the 4 stars rating is because it is always busy and the parking lot is a nightmare! It is way too small for how busy they are. If the line is long - park at the apartments next door and walk over, it's much easier than trying to navigate their parking lot!
Line was long, wrapping all the way around the building and there was no exit. Employee seemed to be outside taking orders but was not taking initiative to direct traffic so people could safely exit.
Good location. Lots of boxes in the hallway. Traffic from the drive thru made parking a challenge during peak times. Great staff- very kind people. Otherwise, a typical experience at the coffee giant.
I tend to go in the morning. The lines are short and the service is good.
