Made drink completely wrong I asked for something and they gave me the opposite and there is mysterious seeds in it but then proceeded to make my mom‘s drink the way I wanted mine!
Always busy drive thru. Service is usually good and accurate. They do their best to serve you quickly. The aggravating slowness in the drive thru is usually due to some issues with the customers ahead in line. I have never experienced an incorrect order.The entrance and exit off of Cedar Street can be tricky due to multiples lanes of busy traffic. Parking lot has some uneven and crumbled surface. Store front shares parking with ATT.
I have thrown out starbucks coffee twice in my life. The first was in S Dakota in 2007.The second was today. Not only burned but bad. How is that possible?
I got a Carmel Frappuccino here that restored my faith in humanity.
Nice and clean Starbucks with amazing baristas! They took about 1 minute to get my coffee. But were extremely apologetic about this 1 min wait. The tables and floor were very clean
It’s basic Starbucks was the drink my friend got me good it was alright, coffee is still cheaply made & over priced but the service was good & quick, nice service. I would recommend if you like Starbucks
Very clean, the tables could use a renovation. Coffee good as many other Starbucks locations. Bathrooms were super clean
The wait in the drive thru was long due to one vehicle ahead of us, the coffee was luke warm and only filled 3/4 of the way, the cashier was beyond rude and lacks customer service skills.
This is my go to Starbucks for my spinach and feta wraps and once in a while I get a coffee there with extra heavy cream. These employees are amazing they're always helpful and smiling; nice faces to see 1st thing in the morning.
I feel like they're always closed for COVID, but these guys are the only place that make my coffee right
