Bad experience with rude staff. They cater to hospital staff, which is obvious since I wasn't staff. Worst experience at a Starbucks and no compassion for patients and family who are there. Poor customer service! Maybe a Biggby would be better and care about Lansing folk more. This was on the morning of 5/10/22. Wow, what a bad experience... Someone obviously dislikes their job.
This past week they seem to be out of alot of ingredients. I've been disappointed the last 3 visits.No veranda blend, one employee said she just uses regular as a substitute. No coconut milk for dragon fruit drink, next day no fruit for pink drink or dragon fruit drink.We've had to settle each time

Sozo's in Ionia Mi has better prices and better coffee. Don't waste your time going here. Take your time driving to Sozo's in Ionia.
