My wife and I love the pizza, but the costumer service absolutely sucks! I ordered pizza twice online and both times my order was completely wrong! The first time, I was in a hurry and just took what they made. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I tried again. Same thing. This time I made my frustration known. The woman behind the counter wanted to argue with me and blame there mistake on me! Love the pizza, but not worth the trouble. I won't be going back. Good luck with this place. There are many other BETTER pizza places out there! ✌️

We just had a pizza delivered! It was ahead of time, and Mitch was the delivery driver! He was literally the best delivery person I've seen in years from any establishment! He was so kind and I felt like we were old friends! Keep up the good work Sir Pizza you hired a good one there!

This was the worst service for pizza delivery that I have EVER experienced. 2 HOURS and several calls later and still no food. I will NEVER be ordering from them again. I ordered pizza online at 11:40am today 3.30.22. The approximate time stated 45 min. at 12:43 the pizza still had not arrived so I contacted the store and someone told me that it was on its way because the driver had it. Around 1pm I called back to find the status of delivery and the person that answered the phone stated that he was the only one that answers the phone and no one had called at 12:43 and the delivery person was just leaving with the pizza I ordered at 11:40 and that the typical time for delivery was a hour and a half. By 1:35 the pizza still had not been delivered and I called back to ask for a manager. The person stated that he was the manager and his name was Kevin. I politely asked him to cancel my order and issue my refund. He started to try and say something and I informed him that I did not want anything additional from their location except for my money back.

Excellent, the best pizza since the last sir pizza. Workers were polite and energetic. No issues, Came all the way from Jackson, MI

Amazing pizza. Seriously one of the greatest pizza joints of all time!! If you could only have 1 slice of pizza again before you died you know it'd be sir pizza ?

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Promised in 90 minutes, which is itself absurd. Now 3 hours later and still no pizza. On top of that, they lied to me twice about it being out for delivery. Don’t trust this place. Don’t order from them

Long wait time. Was told 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Finally got pizza and it was not hot. Come to find out the pizza had been done for sometime and the workers had to bring it out. They really need to reopen the doors and let folks get their own hot pizza. The wait was ridiculous

I called many pizza places to get my son a pizza. He is getting ready to go into the marines and we don’t live around the area, I’m glad the first few places told me they wouldn’t deliver or take my credit card over the phone, because of that.. I got to have the best customer service I have ever received.. EVER! Kayleigh was very helpful, nice and made my son a pizza that wasn’t even on the menu. My son got his pizza and on the bottom of the receipt said “good luck in the military”. I’m not sure Kayleigh will ever realize how that little (big) gesture was to this mom. Thank you for treating my son and myself so good. You are what we all need in the customer service industry. THANK YOU!!

So delicious EVERY TIME, and always service with a smile. Usually we get the All Meat pizza, but we love the barbecue pizza as well!
