Bar tender Eddy was fantastic totally took care of every detail and offered ideas to switch up out orders to better occomodate us even saving us a couple bucks. She was a 10 for sure. Great personality for the job and the skills to match we were very pleased with our meal and service.
We chose these restaurant to have a sibling get together. I drove from Redford Mi. Staff was very nice, polite, friendly. Our waitress was nice to us every offering to take pictures of us as a group.
I will never get food from here ever again. Even if I have to wait until I go to Detroit. This is my favorite burger place. And there is only one here. They used to have great customer service. Not anymore. They don’t know what they’re doing. I came here on my birthday to get takeout and it was ruined. I got home after telling them to put only cheese on my burger. Nothing else. I didn’t check anything online. I have the proof. I can’t have all that other stuff. I have a bad reaction to lettuce. What did they do? Put lettuce and everything on it. Even mayonnaise and ketchup. First I don’t like places putting that on either. They overdo it and I don’t eat mayo on my burger. I don’t like ketchup that much!!! So I go all the way back there. Using my gas money (of course it’s expensive). Only for them to burn the burger and then I have to wait again. Did I mention, that I waited the first time after ordering for a specific time? I get my food and go home. It was disgusting. Old fries. The burger was gross and the bread was all wrong. I call and they were supposed to give me my money back in my bank account. I didn’t receive it. I talked to cooperate who gave me the wrong number. A month later I do not have my money back. And I am mad. If you are a person looking at these reviews don’t waste your time. They blame you too and I have the proof I did it online. Wasted birthday. They don’t even know how to make the food in their MENU!!! The prices went for this mess? Smh I will be reporting this to better business bureau as well.
Decent to very good burgers. Fries are decent. Cost is a little pricey but you do get endless fries! Get the right server and it will be a nice experience.
I met friends for lunch & ordered the crispy chicken sandwich & sweet potatoe fries; it was delicious! We had awesome service & awesome food! We will be going back!

Red Robin's is very nice, although I have not dined here much (I've only been in twice) they offer awesome food, they have a wide variety of burgers and other meals like steak and buffalo wings. The burgers have the option of Gluten free buns preferred and allergic, which is really nice because the buns taste just like regular buns. It's a relief to be able to eat buns again with burgers and Red Robins does that perfectly. If you come in on a weekend night it's usually packed and the wait time is no longer than 30 minutes for the time I've been there. The interior is really nice too with good seating, TV's, and funny art pieces. Definitely nice to drive here and eat on weekend nights.

burger was called cooked correctly and was good and hot. server had good suggestions for happy hour special. easy on the eye too. clean and sharp.looking! Respectful as well . Was able to be seated right away ,even tho there were others waiting. There was only 2 of us ,the other parties had 4 or more..
Changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because I just realised that I've been here dozens of times and in 5 years never had an issue of any kind. Absolutely awesome food, my favorite place to go to get a decent burger and drink. Service is always great and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Even through the pandemic they were great.
