This Red Lobster never seems to be consistent with their food. I order a create your own with flounder. The flounder was so over cooked that I couldn't eat it. I sent it back. The new flounder was cooked beautifully but after two bites I felt sick to my stomach. The potatoes always come out cold, the broccoli was super crunchy way too undercooked for my liking and again I felt like I had to vomit after a couple bites. The only thing I am not going to complain about is the cheddar bay biscuits and the house salad (extra red onions just how I like it). The service was subpar and it just wasn't what I wanted to spend my hard earned money on. Was so looking forward to a great after church meal, however; this fell way short. So disappointing.

walked into a depressive atmosphere, unwelcomed to the restaurant. our server, Allysa, barely said 20 words to us our whole time there. after i ran out of my drink i sat in my booth parched for 10 minutes before she finally came back for 2 seconds asking what we had to drink before quickly running off again. when we finally ordered she cut my husband off while he was trying to order. the appetizer took 20 minutes to come out and our entrees were an additional 15. not to mention the food was not hot it was room temperature. the steak was over cooked and fatty. overall just a tragic tragic time.

It was ok. Had to wait a long time for my missing rice & they never did bring my granddaughters milk. 2 out of 3 lobster tails were over cooked & tough. Salmon was over cooked.

Drinks were continuely taking too long to come, bar would have sold more if the drinks went out faster. Secondly the food has as presented has changed drastically. Portions are cut in half and prices are through the roof. At the Waikiki location in January I had an excellent big meal as expected for what I just paid for here in Lansing except Lansing was a total disappointment in service, taste of the food (average - could have done this well myself), the presentation of the food was absolutely dull, a tiny salad was served to some others in my party. Based on every single reason I went there I shall never return. Red Lobster will go out of business due to what I just experienced.

My first visit to Red Lobster. All you can eat shrimp was my meal of choice. I saw that a friend works there also. He was busy but I think that he is a manager. Hi Jason.

My only reason for four amd not five stars is because I 'WISH' Red Lobster wouldn't raise their prices so high. It keeps me 'OUT' sometimes to go 'elsewhere.' I know seafood is pricey but when we spend half a year in the Gulf it is like 1/2 Red Lobster's prices so then we 'stay away and do more reasonable places.'

I cannot remember the name of the waitress that we had but she was amazing. We were sat in the booth by the entrance to the bar area. Today is our anniversary and we came there to eat an early dinner. Well our waitress was so wonderful and provided us with a dessert because of it being our anniversary plus the care and great customer service she gave us was something we will always remember. We need more people like her in restaurants because workers like she is, will always leave people smiling. Thank you to her and please give her a raise because she surely deserves one!

Great food and service...and who can't come here without trying the lobster?

Wait staff is exceptional! But honestly the food isn't the greatest. Stuffed Mushrooms have a strong feet smell. The Cajun linguine it's a unique flavor Cajun is a little too strong for my taste. I really don't see the hype over the biscuits. The ranch is a tad sour tasting and for me it's all about the house made ranch. So if you have the money and feeling like splurging it's a great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Very high jump in prices w/o keeping with former portions. Some food mediocre, small main course portions, very small salad size. They just went from good food & good portions to extremely high prices & cutting portions to a bare minimum. Won’t be back. ???
