They won’t release what I had happen the last time I ate from Rally’s, THE WORST, NEVER AGAIN The only thing to edit is that Rallys has a artificial answer to everyone, Try to keep my truth hidden , I still have many friends As well as a voice, I'll tell my experience by Word of Mouth , That will get the true story out all over This town and It will travel all by word of mouth.
Worst ever! Stood at register for 10-12 minutes, never even acknowledged! Only other customers in there, was a couple of gals waiting for food the entire time. The ladies had to tell the guys NO LETTUCE 2 times. Bad food can get worse! We just walked out! Still never acknowledged! Also watched a guy flick his hand off into the back fryer, clearly after he washed his hands. ( never saw wash hands, just assuming)You could hear the water sizzle on the grease! Gross washed or not!!
Just went through the drive thru. I paid extra to get a triple instead of a double and they gave me a double anyway. They gave me a receipt with no guestobsessed code, either, ironically.Food was okay but I probably won’t be back.
Messed up my whole order charged me 60$ then when I call to complain hang up on me. So not only do I have someone going without food I'm out 60$. This isn't first time this has happened. Same dude working stop smoking the blunt and do your job
Pretty good. Chicken and fries were not fresh but the burgers were. Not sure what there policies are for their food and how long they let it sit before they throw it away.
Tried to get food at during normal business hours. Was told that unless we are GrubHub or Door Dash we are unable to order food. Asked if we needed to wait. He said if you are not Door Dash we are not taking your order. Super rude, could not give us a reason.
Terrible service, they accidentally messed up my meal and that’s completely understandable, I understand how stressful it can be at times and I get it… however when I called up there to let them know it was messed up and politely asked if I could have a replacement the guy automatically gave an attitude. Told me I better bring my food and receipt or they won’t help me.. I had no problem with doing that, he treated me like I was trying to scam them or something. Also I’m pretty sure taking food back through the window is a health hazard but go off..
I ordered my food, ate it. I went through the drive thru again after eating my fry burger meal ? ? SO GOOD!!
Love this place. I have been eating here for over a year and have never been disappointed. If you stop here make sure you get a Rally burger and strawberry milkshake. Good good good
Food was good but the woman who took our order acted confused like she couldn't hear or couldn't understand what was said for the order whilst taken. Ordered a #1, two #2's, and a plain cheeseburger just meat and cheese for our Dog... we got 3 drinks and 2 meals and a plain burger 4 the dog at the hand out window. Found out the secondary #2 wasn't even on the receipt and we weren't charged. Was told we'd hafta pull around again because orders for drive thru cannot be adjusted at the window.... and there was no cheese on the dogs plain cheese burger....Why were we charged for the cheese but did not get it?We pulled around and made an order for a #2 minus the drink because we already received a 3rd drink. Order taking woman acted like we spoke a foreign language so to move things faster we ended up having to order the #2 sandwich and fry instead of the # 2 meal because the woman couldn't and wouldn't understand a simple order and explanation..... so we ended up paying more money than what a combo meal would cost at the end because your staff isn't properly trained or is high as hell on marijuana...In any event? We will not recommend this west Saginaw location to anyone that we know. Also, we will be relocating our business to the South Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Location.Not only does the staff there get the orders accurate but the staff at MLK JR BLVD are super nice and KNOW what they are doing...
