Staff be outside in uniform and aprons smoking touching things wirh gloves on .i wouldnt recomend

Pulled in, only to have someone very rude say online orders only. Then, another car pulls in, drives to the drive thru, and picks up their food...or picked up their drugs, I couldn't tell. Kind of odd
Staff were very friendly! Food was good. Atmosphere made me feel like someone might jack me for my fries...

I hope the owner see this because they need to do something about the disrespectful and rude employees they have. I was there Wednesday 5/11/22 around 8:30 or so and I swear even if they were offering free food I wouldn’t go back. The way that lady at the window talks to customers I imagine that’s how people serving food in prison talk to everyone. Terrible, terrible customer service. And on top of that there were four people just hanging out in the middle of the drive thru, I think that’s why she got mad.. because I interrupted their chat. The food is ok, not good, just ok. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
Regarding the product and the service I am stunned this location is still open for business. Years ago the hours of operation were highly varied but the food was good. Now the hours of operation are in complete chaos and the food is hardly palatable.

Not as good as usual... I would normally rate them at 5 stars... Didn't give me my cheese sticks... When I finally got the opportunity to eat about two hours later and realized I gad no cheese sticks... I immediately called them... The person who answered asked if I was calling about the cheese sticks! Apologized and told me they would give me 2 orders if I came back tomorrow and asked for Theresa! They also gave me a small order of fries! Fries and cheese sticks are why I go to Rally's!
Food was fine and warm. Took 15 minutes to get my food with one guy in front of me.
