The reason I'm only giving this place a 2 star is because the chicken has been burnt for the last few months I've been going. If it wasn't for this issue then this place would easily be a 4 or 5. I eat at the W Saginaw location often but I'm going to stop going because the chicken being burnt regularly is a major problem. The Jackson location never has this problem so I know it's a location issue
Turnover of staff is so high that I gave up on trying to get something edible. The staff is doing their best, albeit always new. There is something inherently wrong here perhaps with management or corporate.
Good food, large portions. Delicious chicken bowl. Prices are reasonable and service was good.

Very efficient and capable staff. Much improved from previous visits! Glad we gave this location another chance.
The store was very busy - about 20 people seated eating and another 5+ consistently in line. The staff was amazing - fast, accurate, and friendly. Every worker was smiling and seemed happy even though they were busting their tails filling orders. Almost every booth was filled yet the dining room was stocked and clean. The food was great too. Will definitely stop here again.
Some of the staff is unprofessional and rude. Didn't even look at me while making my burrito, just staring out at other people in the store. Just dropped ingredients on the tortilla without paying attention and didn't even properly wrap it in foil after finishing it. Will not keep warm in the foil if 1/4 of it isn't even wrapped.
It took over 30 minutes for me to get my food but that's because they had such a good special running and there were 17 people ahead of me in line. The food and the portions were great.
Eventhough I'm an Indian, qdoba is my most favourite Mexican cuisine as the food served over here feels more healthy and taste of my preference. I go with a double chicken bowl each time atleast twice a week.
I was very disappointed. My order had to be replaced. I told manager that the Tomatoes was mushy and old. She said they were cut that day. Yes that mite be the case but they were old. We I came back the next day the tomatoes were still old and mushy looking. So I skip having tomatoes and the meat tasted better then it did the day before. I understand restaurants are shirt hand but as a manager your job is to make sure quality is still right.
