This place has really turned it around. Going here used to be an ordeal of 40 minutes in the drive through line with not terribly friendly staff but since the change of management a few months ago service has been zippy, friendly and polite. Most importantly the food is hot and fresh and tasty. I'm going to visit more often now that it isn't going to be pain each time.
First off, I normally will not give a bad reviewonly a good one.Their meals have jumped about $2.00. I ordered a 3 pc, only got 2 pcs, and you only get a half scoop of mashed potatoes now. Chicken was fried a little too long.I get fast food very seldom. I guess that will continue after this experience unfortunately.
I had a fantastic experience with this restaurant in particular. The man that I dealt with Frank was especially patient and considerate for me and my error I made after I approached the drive-through speaker. I had forgot to give a promo code and had to come inside and my issue was addressed immediately and he was especially kind and the other crewmembers were also very nice and patient and understanding as they fixed my order and went above and beyond exceed my expectations! Outstanding!
As a Louisiana resident coming to Mid-US, I was already expecting to be a tad disappointed.While it wasn't the best, Popeyes in Lansing, Michigan, made sure that the food was as hot and fresh that they were able to make. Definitely try it out.Also maybe fix the drink machine for customer's side when they're able.
This location is wonderful. The new management has turned this store around. Food was fresh and the wait was dramatically less than before. Frank is awesome! Keep up the good work!
This drive thru is always busy! I got lucky on a Friday night and only 2 people ahead of me in the drive thru! Food was great (as usual), customer service was excellent. Love their fried chicken and the mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy!
This Popeyes has new management and it shows! I usually get the chicken sandwich but today I ordered 2 piece chicken and biscuit. The food was there when I pulled forward to the window and it was piping hot, crisp, and delicious. The biscuit was great with a buttery taste. Just delicious. I also got red beans and rice and the wild berry beignets. Both were stellar. The staff was incredibly nice and seemed happy to be there. Ask for Frank! I am grateful for the hard work of the staff. The pandemic has shown how important our food service people really are. Thanks for a great lunch, Frank! Go get 'em!
The customer service was great. The food was good. The strawberry lemonade was amazing!!!! I really enjoyed Frank and Lisa is super nice too. The customer service is amazing here. The food was good! It was hot, crispy and I enjoyed eating it.
I went there right after the COVID restrictions were lifted and got horrible, horrible service. Abuse, actually. Today however it was an amazing visit! Long line but it moved right along. Staff were friendly and cheerful. Order was perfectly filled and the food was delicious. Thank you!
I sat at the menu for a few min waiting for my order to be taken.No problem.Sooo… How ridiculous to have fish on the menu but when i went to order it today the cashier says“ we dont carry fish ?”Me thinking: Why is it on the MENU?… but didnt want to be difficultCashier:we do have it but not til like February.Because that makes SENSE .Take it off the menu , add it when it’s available..Or maybe have a sign that says not available until…Its on your online menu also!Being a pescatarian…I drove all the way here for fish sandwichSmart Popeyes. Real smartI drove down the road to A&W they have fish all yesr around. It was made fresh and amazing.Winning! A& W
