Wish I could select one star !!!! Came I. On JULY 3 at 1230 pm waited 25 mins on 2 subs no fries ! The workers never even said one thing to me ? Also the way they moved was unreal again I was only person in store and it took that long ! I advise the manager or owner to take a long look at the people he had in his store cause as for me and my friends family will never be back and I will stand in the highest roof top to tell anyone that will listen how bad this place is !!!!! I finally got my food at 1245 just to let anyone know that is reading this ! You can see the receipt says 1215 !

Used to like it here, but our order tonight cost way too much for the two skimpy subs and small portion of fries we got. Never again.Edit in response to owner:Same length but a comically small amount of ingredients inbetween the bread. We've eaten here a couple dozen times over the past few years and I've never felt ripped off until tonight. Higher prices are understandable, but at least make sure the portions are consistent. Sorry but not going to take the risk again.

There were only 2 workers very busy handling lots of both online pickup orders and walk ins. They worked hard, efficiently, yet were nice through it all. I commend them for doing that in what appeared to be an understaffed situation. And our subs and fries were hot and delicious. Great job!

Do not buy a salad here. ? My 'salad' consisted of a slice of ham and turkey and a piece of bacon, all Unchopped, on top of the world's coldest shredded lettuce.

Our first time there. Over priced, food was okay and chicken teriyaki was salty.

Pretty bummed. Our order consisted of a veggie sub and a cheesesteak sub. The cheesesteak was fine, really messy, but taste was okay. The veggie sub had pieces of steak (even bacon!) all throughout the sub. I’m a vegetarian and not going to eat a sub with bits of meat in it. I called the store and explained. They said I could bring the sub back and they’d make me a new one. I wasn’t going to pack my 1 and 2 year old kids back up to go do this when we were already sitting down for dinner. I asked for a refund, but because the order was placed online, they couldn’t refund and I would have to call corporate. I called corporate, had to leave a voicemail. Got a call back the next day, explained what happened and was told the store owner would call me to follow-up. I never received a call. I know there are staff shortages, and I’m all about giving grace right now, but this was just an overall bad experience. Won’t be going back.

Went here around 6 (first time) and had a very disappointing visit. The guy took my order but was pulled to the back by some obnoxious worker hollering for him. He leaves in the middle of me ordering to go see what she needs. Finishes my order and says it’ll just be a few minutes. Okay. I pace around. (Oh and they said they’re all out of tomatoes and I see a whole bucket of tomatoes right in the fridge…) The workers were on their phones. I see a sub fallen out of the hot roller, thinking well they probably know it’s there…few minutes go by…still on their phones.. I walk over by the counter so they know I’m still there waiting. And they both say ohhh my bad….rush to put everything together and grab bacon. Come on. Sub is cold. Wish I could get a refund but I doubt it.

Although poorly assembled, the cheesesteak was quite good. The bread they use stands up to the sandwich, so props on that and the bread tastes good as well. However, the “cheese-bread” is a complete joke, and instead they should pay you to eat it. 6 dollars for mush bread with no garlic and so-so cheese.. disappointing to say the least because this item was a reason we chose to dine here. I’d say take it off the menu altogether and stick to subs.

MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ, UPDATED RESPONSEI love Penn Station, however, this particular location needs to get its stuff together. I don't live nearby, but when I might be headed to town, or in town, occasionally I'll order, sometimes online. A few weeks ago, I ordered and paid online, and drove all the way there, to find the store closed. I went back about a week later eat later and let them know call, and the manager manager made it right, giving me the sandwich I ordered. Fast forward a few weeks, I forgot about it and mistakenly ordered online again. Drove there, closed again during normal business hours. I am currently in town again and got hungry, so I thought, let me stop by and see if we can make this right agin. Checked online, store says open....drive there, they're closed! Cmon guys. Get it together.I got the updated reply to this review...I"llbe happy to call ahead, but it might be a great idea to update your temporary hours online here on Google as well as your website because like I said, I ordered online about a week ago and paid...the system allows you to pay because the store hours aren't updated on your website, but the store was closed, so I paid for a sandwich I never received.

Last time I went I’m 10ft from the entrance and one of the staff opens the door, hacks a loogie on the sidewalk, then lets the door to close as I get to it. Not sure if on purpose so I wouldn’t come in or not. Terribly unsanitary - using the computer, opening doors, spitting into their chew spit cups, putting hands inside cups customers use, and making food… all with the same gloves. No masks. Waited 15mins for them to make my food and I was the only one there. I shouldn’t have gone back but the fry craving got me. This time online ordering wasn’t available so I went in. “We’re out of fries.” As I stare at the giant container of potatoes behind them. Will definitely not be returning. Which I’m sure is what those kids are hoping for…less work if they drive customers away.
