Papa John's, the ORIGINAL Papa John's is my favorite pizza in the city! Their pizza & bread are amazing and they always follow your specific requests if they can. I get my order 15-20 minutes early every time. Highly, highly recommend!!
Gave them the wrong address, but they called and still made a promt, friendly delivery with a delicious, hot pizza! 6 stars
On 6-11-22 I placed in order at the Michigan avenue store in Lansing Michigan they made my order wrong and then they took the pizza back that they made wrong and made the right order and then brought back the pizza but they made wrong. This is against MIOSHA standards as to where they should have never accepted the pizza back from me that she just told me to keep it and they're going to make the right order I probably won't never order for them again.
Pretty good pizza, recommend trying least once. It’s middle of the line pizza I won’t say it’s bad it’s slightly better the just average the pricing is ok a little high for the quality of the food but it’s ok if you are in the mood for pizza.
Best primal pizza in Lansing handles down the best bread sticks ever made. Original bread sticks. Cheese bread not so much.
Love this pizza place! The little pepperoni's are my favorite and the sauce has a zing. I love their style, and service is always quick.
I called 30 minutes before close and asked were they still delivering, the woman sighed and replied unfortunately. I didn’t even feel comfortable ordering my food anymore and hung up. That was trash service.
Best pizza in town. Order from the specials menu to get the best deal.
I am a long time restaurant worker and delivery driver who currently works here at Papa John's Lansing. The Original Papa John's! The manager & pizza maker, Bruce Curtis, has been with this shop since 1984; the year I was born. How cool is that? The photo is a small Philly cheesesteak pizza. The crew got to eat this one. It was delicious! We have a great staff who has been working hard to make fresh dough every week and get pizzas delivered on time. We love our fellow Lansing food & hospitality workers. Thank you Lansing!
UPDATE:5 years ago, I left a review for this nostalgic Pizza joint. I left a 5 star review and called the food “Great”… Sadly, I’m updating the review.I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and the food had been great… That’s no longer the case. This place has cut cost in ingredients, all the way down to the dough. Not only is this not the same Pizza I grew up eating, it’s currently terrible and dangerously dry. When I was coming in, a woman was leaving and was explaining to someone on the phone she had an altercation with a worker of Papa Johns. When I came inside, a worker was whining about having to help the lady.Secondly, and the worst part outside of how terrible the Pizza itself is, I paid $19 for a Pizza, and the owner of this place (who makes the Pizzas with no hair net and an unkempt beard) stood over top of the card machine that asks for a tip while I was paying. LOL, I respectfully pressed no. It confirmed the payment, and rather than handing me my Pizza, he stood there looking bewildered and irritated. So I grabbed my Pizza off the counter myself. Nothing was spoken after, no thank you’s, etc. This place is garbage, overpriced, and likely the rudest food spot in Lansing. As someone who’s spent thousands of dollars here, I’ll never be back.As for potential buyers, I suggest you head a little more east on Michigan avenue, and get something much better from Torminas, that’s where I went after throwing away the garbage this Papa Johns gave me.
