I love Paneras mac and cheese and pay extra for bacon to be added… I pay $2.69 and legit I feel like it’s a rip off bc u don’t even get much… it b cheaper to go buy a package of bacon cook it and Chop it up Urself than to pay the $2.69 for like maybe one piece of bacon cut up in it… does anyone else feel like the amount of bacon in the photo is worth $2.69??But besides that I LOVE paneras customer service any time I’ve had a order messed up they’ve made it to not only Me but my family too! Great employees just questioning if this is the true amount of bacon I’m supposedTo get (I normally order the small w bacon but I went Big and got the large w bacon…)

This is hands down the worst Panera I've ever been to. I was very excited when this opened because I believed it was good for the area. At first I thought the problems were the growing pains of a new establishment. Now, after 2.5 years of getting EVERY SINGLE ORDER wrong (not exaggerating), I have to conclude that it's mismanagement.Today was the last straw for me. I haven't been back in a while due to frustration with order errors, but I hoped things were getting better. I ordered a bagel and a frozen strawberry lemonade. Nothing fancy. I was given the bagel at the window and told to park in spot 2 to wait for my frozen lemonade. After waiting 35 minutes I flagged someone down to see if it had been forgotten (which it was). The kind you g man went inside to find it and came back with a Smoothie. When I mentioned it wasn't what I ordered he went in to check and his co-workers insisted it was right. At that point I gave up. I'll never be back. In an inflation heavy economy, I can choose to spend money somewhere that doesn't cause frustration and anxiety.Oh...and my bagel?! It was rock hard and burnt to a crisp. Yum.

Horrible customer service. We got take out and kindly asked for some butter for our sides. 10 minutes later (we timed) it and several people later we still haven't managed to get something as simple as butter. If you are incompetent as a person find a job not in customer service.

Panera is one of the worst establishments to get pick up orders right. Every few months I give them another chance and without fail they can't seem to get the entire order in the bag. Order pick up or delivery with caution.

Walked in to order a quick meal to take home. I waited 5 minutes before anyone even walked by the front to acknowledge i was there waiting. I ordered 2 bagels, 2 pastries, and a bread bowl. I was told my order would be called out when it was ready, which it was not. I walked up to ask if everything was in the bag as no one notified me my order was done. I walked to my car and checked to make sure everything was in my bag and I was missing 3 items, my 2nd bagel and my 2 pastries. I had to walk back in and mention to the guy bagging food that I was missing 3 items. He informed me he missed the 2nd bagel and that I was supposed to receive my pastries when I paid which meant the person who took my order was just too lazy to grab my items as they said it would all be at the end. Overall I was not happy with this location and will continue to go to the East Lansing one. First time trying this location and it disappointed. Will not return.

I waited in line for 10 minutes, the young female cashier had a nasty attitude, and then once I left I discovered that I was given a “smoothie” that was COMPLETELY filled with ice. I could understand if there were a few small ice cubes but this entire smoothie was filled with large ice cubes. I’d rather spend my money an establishment that can provide quality food and not make me feel as if my business isn’t appreciated. Although I won’t spend another dollar at this Panera. I do hope than management addresses this issue so other customers won’t have such an unpleasant experience like I did.

20 minutes in line. Ordering kiosks we're not functional. Pop machine has no carbonation. Ordered food and when food came up they told us bread we ordered for sandwiches was out so they gave us something else. Bad service. Bad care. Bad food now

They don’t care. I hate reassembling my sandwich every time I order. Old veggies even in the early morning

Turkey chili was on point. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend this restaurant the employees were extremely kind and helpful. The place was as clean as my house and it made me feel really good to eat some more chili and mac and cheese sandwich.A lot of places can say they have great food but this place and definitely does. There was a little bit of a bit wait but it was definitely worth it. It was a busy place and they did well getting everybody in and out and happy with their meals. So thank you to Panera Bread for a fantastic meal. I hope you have bread bowls the next time I come in

Just went to the drive thru and was told "we are only dealing in cash right now and it has to be exact change"..........this is 4:00p.m. on a Friday night. I thought it might just be a drive thru issue so I went inside.......nope the card readers aren't working and they don't have much change in the til. Do us and Paneras a favor and close and put a for lease sign on the door!!!!
