I purchased a roasted turkey & avocado BLT, however there was no avocado and I had already driven back to work 15 mins away. This location unfortunately has issues like this half the time I go (I wish I could stay away, but their mac and cheese is so comforting and I liked their baked goods too much), so it's really hit or miss. One time I called 30 mins ahead to order bagels for the office, I was put on hold for 25 mins than hung up on. A few times I ordered a large Mac with my pick two (paid the upcharge), only to realize later I was given a small. This location is notorious for running out of avocado, however up until now they've always told me when I'm ordering they don't have any - so they either forgot to tell me or someone just forgot to put in on my sandwich. 90% of the time the staff is very pleasant, and the store manager seemed nice the one time I got to speak with them (they let me keep the small Mac they gave me in error and gave me the large like I ordered). If the slip ups weren't so consistent I'd give them a 4 star, but it's seriously every other time I go there. Also the drive through is VERY unfortunate. Once you get in you can't leave. When I go there for a specific item and they're sold out I have to wait sometimes 10-15 mins before I can leave the line, which sometimes means I have to race back to work with no lunch.
I will never ho back to the Paneras on Saginaw in Lansing. I ordered a regular cinnamon bagel and got something with sugar on it!. I took it back and they said they are not redoing my order. Seriously? I can't believe you did this. Also nobody goes around and wipes the tables down. I have to do it and you want a tip? What do you do to get a tip? This is a good way to get allot of people sick. And as a customer stop calling them Darling!! Am I at a bar??
DOOR DASHERS BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THIS STORE. There System has over a 30 minute delay you could arrive there in 5 minutes and system doesn't start it till 30 minutes later. A huge waste of time for any delivery. Your company should not even offer this.
I drove into the business at 6:57 not realizing they opened at 7 am, I was asked to back up away from the drive thru, which I did, then asked to back up further, at that point it was 7 am and was still being asked to back up-- for a business that raises or falls on Customer Service this I feel was a Major FAIL!!! there was no customer service and I left and will not return no matter how much I enjoy the bagels-- clearly YOU didn't want my Money I feel 1 star is one star to many
I ordered a plain bagel and small coffee with cream. Bagel was stale and there was no cream in my coffee. Very disappointed.
It's okay. I recommend the Thai soup. Dining room is filthy
Our food was thrown together, nothing looked good to eat. We should have gone somewhere else. I visited around 4:30 ,5 and people were nice but when we returned home we were so disappointed. We used to go here and good looked good and tasted good. Tonight was a miss.I am sorry to report this as we liked Panera and the store on the East Side caters to our MSU club and sandwiches are very good. Nothing like what I was served.
West Saginaw Panera is the best in Lansing. Panera in South lansing runs out of bagels every day! On the weekends by 11 AM. I predict it will not stay in business very long. However West Saginaw Panera has a very friendly staff and always has food.
I’m a United States Navy sailor and I was kicked out this restaurant while studying. Do not support this anti American business.
Cold soup last 2 times We went. I live 2 miles and got take out. Caesar salad , the romaine was old and discolored but at least this was the 1/4 times i actually got chicken on salad. Not going anymore. Disappointing and too expensive for less than mediocre.
