EDIT: This is one of those businesses for which Google reviews are more helpful to the customer. Reviewing past entries makes it clear that management is unresponsive and the same issues come up year after year.I'd feel a lot better about leaving you a 20% tip ahead of the actual service if I didn't also have to wipe my own table down before using it (at 10:30 when there was no rush). Condensation dripping from one of your ceiling HVAC ducts onto my plate and food added to my regret. Love your food and drinks but no more tips for you ahead of service. You'll have to earn them.
I usually like Panera bread but the fact that they don't sell breakfast food after 11 am is not very customer friendly in my opinion.
The bathrooms are always disgusting, unkept. Last week there was abandoned food and trash all over the floor. DIRTY! This location is so complacent with vagrants and they are half the common traffic inside. Imagine respectable patrons but hindered by panhandlers, begging, disturbing behavior ECT. While walking into the bathroom, someone was brushing their teeth and using the sink for personal hygiene. *Updated picture#2 5-29 Hobo hair clogged sink* Loose tobacco is regularly on the back of the toilet from other activities. The location is the only good thing about this restaurant. Last week there was a big disturbance between staff and a street person that would leave and he ties his dog to a table. Corporate response was there are lots of homeless people in Orlando too and I tolerate it. I ordered online from the Frandor store with a 30 minute lead time future order (not ASAP). We ordered a premium family feast meal with Bacon Turkey Bravo and BBQ Chicken sandwiches, Chicken Cobb Salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup. The Cobb salad had no chicken on it whatsoever. The Bacon Turkey Bravo had very little Turkey, no lettuce or tomato on the sandwich. The BBQ chicken was average. Not the sandwiches we were accustomed to. The soup was good. Over all we were disappointed.
The lady filling the lemonades this morning was coughing and hacking on everything in that entire area of the restaurant. Completely disgusting. This went on for over five minutes as she filled in supposedly cleaned everything. The other workers obviously could hear her but said or did nothing, the lady did not even cover her mouth just coughed all over everything. Won’t be back
Bought Tomato Basil bread, as I have several times before. The posted price was $6.79. The bread rang up at $7.29.When I reminded the manager that she was supposed to honor the posted price, she said it was a corporate problem and said she couldn't do anything because she "just worked there"I was appalled at her cavalier attitude and told her that unfortunately it wasn't corporate that was losing a customer and instead it was she who was losing a customer.She looked at me as if she could care less and moved on to the next customer complaint.That store just permanently lost a customer!
I ordered the flatbread pizza only half of it was edible the rest didn't have any sauce or toppings on it at all it was just bread. I could have ordered a whole pizza from Little Caesars for half the price. Same old story good place gone bad
Horrible service for ordering and pick up. Pizza sat on the counter for at least 6 minutes before preparing a cup of soup! A total of 35 minutes from order to out the door!First time and last time at this location. They don’t prepare each order as they are ordered. All over the place! 2 thumbs down!
Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwich with a side of brunette hair. Just because it’s close to closing time doesn’t mean the general cleanliness should as well. Shameful and disgusting. Do better, gross staff.
