We placed an order with this store on W Saginaw not only did we not get all of the order when I called the excuse was we forget sometimes to put that in the bags. I opened my part of my order and it was burnt. I asked for them to bring me my part of the order that they forgot to put in the bag and to refund me the money they don't do that and that I had to call corp office. I had to waste my time going back to get the order correct and the rest of my meal will be cold by the time I get the rest of it to go with what I ordered. I would highly not recommend you go to this place to eat.
Thank you for losing another customer! I would think for a restaurant like your you should focus on making sure it’s full stock, or that your Signs show what are and aren’t available. Also that your employee are paying attention. Since one of your employees thinks it’s ok to Escalate issues that were nonexistent, with things not ready for customers, and out of stock.For this customer there won’t be a next time, since there are many other Chinese restaurants in the area. I understand not wanting your employees to be abused, but when they ask for a Repeat of an answer and it comes out a little louder to make sure they can hear it better the second time. The customer don’t like to be abused either!

Perhaps the best Panda Express in the country. I travel for work and eat at them often. Normally sweet is the predominant flavor but this location gets it right. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Great staff who seem very friendly and work together really well to boot. I live in Detroit but would gladly drive an hour and a half just to visit this location again.
So I just left and I love and not love going out to eat as a chef because you see everything but I also like to tell people what's going on or what I have seen to help out. Because you never know who's walking in your door, FIFO is so important and using the gloves the proper way is important too, no need for details just make sure you all are improving and not going backwards (people can get sick handling food improperly)
We arrived early today for a pickup online order and I was given crab Rangoon for my wait. She didn't have to do that! I was early. Amazing service on Easter Sunday! Happy Easter to all of your amazing staff. Food was absolutely delicious.
The food was great; although for ordering a bigger plate, there was more rice than meat. So my suggestion is hold back on so much rice. Other than that, great job.
I have went in 5 times no teriyaki chicken .. they have been nice and have said sorry but with gas going up and driving across town prob my last time
Fried rice and noodles were dry...as always. They didn't have enough regular items out. Because of that I had to get 2 up charge to my already high price meals. I would had given them a 1 star... but the mixed veggies (super food) saved them.
Ordered on the app while we were pulling into the lot. Food was ready when we got to the drive thru window. Food was great as usual. Very friendly staff.
