Delicious food! I loved my breakfast burrito, but I also loved my wet/smothered chicken burrito! I didn’t care much for their salsas except for the green one, which is my favorite. One of our favorite Mexican food places in West Lansing.
We had a great waitress, hurried to deliver food to 3 different tables with no mistakes, and made sure she asked if all was OK. She was great

Good food at a decent price. I had the taco dinner, which comes with 3 tacos, rice, and beans. Big portions. Tasty and filling. The service was fast and friendly. A great place for lunch and dinner. I'll be back again.
They were very busy with one waitress during lunch rush. We were seated and served chips immediately. The chips were hot and fresh, delicious. Excellent sauces and salsas also. The Birria tacos are definitely worth trying if you're in the area and a little cheaper than others locally. The consume was flavorful and slightly different than you might be used to but delicious. The service was amazing and the food even more so. It was excellent. This is the best Mexican food in Lansing hands down.
This was our first visit to Pancho’s and it did not disappoint! The service was fantastic, the chips and salsa were freshly homemade, and the tamales were absolutely incredible!I highly recommend this little local place.
Got done with our adventure at the Pod next door. Decided to eat here, but I felt like it was a little off since it was like 6pm and the restaurant was empty. Food was mediocre, a salad consists of ice berg lettuce with a thin slice of tomato... Was there with family and I felt like the waitress and waiter were just starring at us and eaves dropping the whole time. I guess we were the only table sitting in there.
Hidden gem! I come here when my car is being worked on at the nearby Firestone. The food is made with amazing corn tortillas.
I used to love this place. I got an artery in my steak taco 6 months ago. I gave them a 2nd chance today and chewed on a chicken bone. Their quality control is horrible. Don't eat there!
