Hit or miss, when it’s good it’s extremely good, when it’s bad it’s awful. Not really sure why such a break in communication with this place though. Apparently this last time we ordered they had burned their beans. I had crunchy bits of charcoal in my daughter and I’s burritos. I called to complain but was told there was no manager for the day/ night but they wrote them a note and they would get back to me. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Won’t let me post the video of me searching through the burrito and pulling out pieces of beans/ charcoal and breaking them between my fingers and drawing on the wrapper. Sorry
Quality has gone down in recent months. Just make sure to check orders before leaving. & if you order chips make sure you have them.. Food can still be DOPE but little stuff like forgetting chips or not draining any of the ingredients before putting them in your food happens pretty often. Their app is cool, but they use Doordarsh for deliveries.
This place is an absolute joke. Every time I show up they're out of some major ingredient. Last time it was tortillas, this time it was CHEESE, LETTUCE, and all vegetable except jalapeños. The work station looked dirty, with food strewn about like it hadn't been wiped down all day, and of course, the rude employee working behind the counter didn't even tell me about the missing ingredients until after he was halfway through making my bowl and too late to stop. Acted like I was insane for even asking. I paid $8 for a bowl of rice, beans, and meat. Awesome.How do you mismanage a fast food restaurant so badly that you frequently run out of the MAIN ingredients in your food, mid-day? How do you keep customers coming back when your service is subpar and your restaurant is unclean? I can answer the latter: you don't. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Best burrito ever! They make you a Fresh pressed tortilla from a dough ball when you order! Also, they mix your burrito with Bob the Tool before it is rolled! Every bite was flavorful! Awesome experience!
Food was good, they didn't have adequate change so opposed to asking for a different form of payment they just short change you. Ordered chips and queso, bag wasn't even 1/4 full. Cashier response, is what it is.
I LOVE Panchero's burritos! The burritos have a lot of food so I have a snack for later. The moment I walked into this location I was greeted with a smile. There were 3 employees I saw and they were joking and having a good time while still helping each other & keeping the line moving speedily along.
Service was nice, but very rushed and not inviting (not rude, but not welcoming either). I got a bowl and it was very sloppy, sauces on the sides of the bowl and dripping under the lid. Food was a bit under seasoned. Definitely not what I would expect from a Mexican restaurant. Being this is a chain, I can only imagine this is how it is chain-wide.
The employees were AMAZING! Very professional and friendly…however the rice was way over cooked. It was crunchy, I couldn’t even finish my burrito, which was sad because I was really looking forward to it after a hard days work. I had to throw it out because I could taste the burnt rice.
Good quality food as always but had amazing service. Went to go to pancheros feedback and filled it out and it is currently down. But just had to say that service was great and our order was taken by Maddie who did a delightful job. Overall great customer service.
"Employees treating each other hardly in front of us. Ordered two items, watched them make one, then claim both were done. Employees started talking rude about us indirectly, and when we tried to correct them, we were ignored completely. If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked out before our order was finished." Re-up on what Emily said, highly recommend no one goes here, can't stress this enough. Never again.
