My husband and I were celebrating our 17 wedding anniversary at Outback. The food was great, but this review is for out waitress.Five stars isn't enough for the service that we received from Megan. She was very polite and attentive. She listened and answered all questions that my husband had. She has a beautiful personality and is truly a benefit to the company. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. GREAT JOB MEGAN!!!!!!!!

My food was under cooked, my drink tasted water down and the food wasn’t that good
We came here for a birthday dinner and overall the experience was good. The waitress was friendly and very helpful. The food was great and the order was exactly as we had all wanted it to be. The only small knock against my rating is the quantity of food for the entree compared to the price that you pay. I feel like the portions continue to get smaller as the price continues to increase. We would definitely eat here more often than just a special occasion if it wasn't for that factor. Overall, it is still a nice place to eat.
Ordered on the app for curbside service at 11:58. Ordered the new Alfredo pasta with shrimp and steak. The pasta was dry with no Alfredo. I had to drive all the way back to get Alfredo. No manager spoke with me at all. I was given a half container of Alfredo. Not enough for a full plate of pasta. I was so upset that no manager bothered to talk to me or apologize. I tried to call from the neighboring parking lot. I took my food back in to get a refund. And demanded to speak with a manager. She finally came to talk to me. I had used a $5 reward on this order. I wanted that back if I was going to return my food. She had such uncertainty that I would get my money back or that I would get my reward, I just agreed to get a remake of the pasta. I am waiting in my car for the remake. Meanwhile, the phone call to the restaurant. . . The phone is still ringing. I finally hung up after about 15 minutes. This restaurant is not cheap. And I’ve had better service at prior visits, especially when there are problems with the meal or anything else. I’m very disappointed with the service and experience. And I hate that I have to rethink my decisions to dine here in the future. It is 1:15 and I’m still waiting on my food.
It's been awhile since I've eaten at this location (we live out of area) but this time was just as good as the last. This time we were a party of five. For an appetizer we had a couple of blooming onions. They were good (as usual), but we all agreed that they seemed to be a bit smaller than ones we have had in the past. I chose the sirloin and coconut shrimp combo. While not tough, the sirloin had a bit of grizzle that I ended up having to spit out. The coconut shrimp was perfect, as was the baked potato. I love it when the potato is rolled in salt, and this was spot on. I DID end up having to ask for more butter.......I don't know why they give you such a small pat of butter for such a huge potato. The salad, while it had plenty of toppings, was just okay....maybe I just wasn't feeling the salad that day. The best part of the entire experience was the wait staff. They were fantastic in accommodating us when we requested a table close to the door due to the fact that my mom can't walk far without assistance. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The hostess even took the time to take pictures of our group when my sister requested that she do so. We'll be back.
My waitress was amazing. However food, NOT ALL. What you see in the picture is the Bloomin Burger. Layers are (in sequence) bun, bloomin sauce, bloomin onion, cheese what looks like a preformed-store bought- straw thin patty, tomato lettuce and pickles. I also had a side of 10 French fries. Not impressed. Completely wasted money. ?
It used to be outback was always good food and service. We sat there ignore forever when finally a very unfriendly waiter showed up.
Ordered curbside…was told my wings would be ready in 15 mins…yet I had to wait 28 mins. The wings were cold and old-not fresh at all! They had been sitting out at least 30+ mins so why the long wait? Not to mention, I only got 8 wings instead of the regular 10 wings. A waste of $13! Never will they get my money again! Ugh
Amazing experience with Andrew our server (the best ever!) and Stephanie, the manager, stopped by our table to welcome us! The food was amazing and hot. Great place to eat! You can't go wrong with the Alice Springs chicken. It's cheesy with bacon and mushrooms, pure heaven!
