Best place to get breakfast downtown. Fast, friendly, delicious. I'd estimate that I've had around 3 dozen bagels from New Daily Bagel over the years and every one of them was delicious. EVERY ONE. Their coffee is always hot and fresh too. Worth an extra 3-6 minutes of your morning to get a delicious, fresh bagel.
Such a great place with fast and friendly service. My favorite is the bacon, egg and cheese on an Everything bagel. My entire staff is pleased when I bring these in for them. Highly recommend!
Consistently the nicest staff and the freshest best bagels in town. Their sandwiches are fantastic and they have a huge selection of cream cheese. Definitely the essence of a successful downtown restaurant.
This has to be one of the best sandwich shops I've ever been to. I love how consistent their food is and how amazing it is each time. The customer service is hands down the best and I wish I could go there every day!

their bagels are better than Big Apple in East lansing or Bruegger’s. My go to is their breakfast bagel sandwiches; yum.I really like their phone customer service too. The kid on the phone talks to me like a human being and not some retail robot. He had a good recommendation for cheese (they have several options).

I got The Herald on a Wednesday at noon. Not too busy and every single employee I spoke to and overheard was so friendly and happy, it honestly put me in a better mood. So there I am, happier by standing in line and Boom! even happier when I ate the sandwich. Delicious and fairly priced. Everything was 140% so please excuse if I may be the only one to say, I'm not a fan of the American cheese here.
First time at the Daily Bagel. I went up to the counter and asked for the employees favorite Bfast bagel. He seemed a little hesitant - but then said he liked raison bagel w/egg, cheese, sausage and bacon. I ordered it. It is AMAZING. I would have never picked it off the menu, I've never had this combination of things before, it's literally the perfect Bfast sandwich that you've never heard of. The bagel itself is also pretty phenomenal. Great food & amazing service. Love this place.
