Wanted to give this place a try after seeing the reviews. Went to the Northside location at 11 to have an early lunch. They supposedly open at 11. No lights on, chairs stacked on tables. Didn't look even close to opening. Ok, I'll go to the one by Meijer on the west side. Ordered the taco lunch with beans and rice. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. The highlight of my visit was listening to the manager cursing out one of his employees in a loud voice. Not a welcoming atmosphere. I won't be back.
Good tacos. Came here for the $1 taco Tuesday special and wasn't disappointed... except until they stopped offering it.
I had a shredded beef wet burrito dinner and a ground beef wet burrito dinner. Both were excellent! I’ve been a customer at this restaurant for years, they really appreciate their customers.

Placing an order online, there is no distinction between their two locations. When I placed my order, I found out it was sent to the wrong location upon pick up. I called this store (west) and asked if my order could be canceled/transfered as their store is way to far away. The person on the phone told me they hadn't started making my order yet, but they couldn't cancel it or offer any refunds... will definitely not be coming here agin.

Saddest looking tacos ever. They were barely filled. You get better quality food at Taco Bell.
BEST Mexican food around
First time going and was looking forward to it. This place had been recommended to me. I ordered tacos and found myself very disappointed. 16$ and I received the saddest looking tacos ever. I had a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of cheese. A speedway tornado comes with more meat in them for half the price...... wasn't enough meat to even get a good enough taste to know if it was good. I now know why there are hardly any cars in the parking lot. I will most likely give it another try just to see if it was a bad day for them. My review will change if the experience is any different. Based on first visit every taco shop is better. So ?? crossed that my 2nd visit is what I was hoping for.
