I was double charged in fact, and questioned this before paying and was told it was correct. After seeing many others check out with more ones I again questioned it was shrugged off. I then asked him to do the math and even he agreed it was double what it should be but offered no solution. I had to get another employee involved in order to get the refund and confirm that the employee charged us double. So yes prices didn't double. But customer service training should.

Great service, they ask if you have been there so they know if you need help or not. Is completely self serve and lots of flavors and toppings. The inside is clean and has a fair amount of seating. Also it was delicious !!!!!
We love this Menchie’s location. Place is inviting, clean and cheerful. Staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. Stopped for dessert tonight and they had one of my favorites raspberry sorbet. Good toppings selection. There is inside and outside seating available. .
If you haven’t been here before this is a build your own Froyo place. They rotate the flavors and toppings. The price is determined by weight so the more in the cup the more it will cost. I take my daughter here sometimes when we are out. Always friendly staff and clean tables.
We had one happy birthday boy thanks to Menchie’s. We went to see Sonic 2 with friends at NCG and finished up the day with treats. It was a nice touch that they drew us a Sonic 2 scene and happy birthday up on the board.
The froyo was good but the worker scammed me into giving her a tip. She told me to hit the green circle to skip the tip; I even clarified after looking at the screen and seeing 10% tip highlighted on the scanner. But she insisted I hit the green circle. I checked my bank statement when I got home to see that I indeed paid a tip…. It’s not that the service wasn’t good, but she was in the back the whole time. Personally, I don’t think it’s right to force someone to give you a tip, and definitely doesn’t make the business look trustworthy.
My best friend works there and she tried to help me get in, but I never received a call from a manager. So, I filled out an online application, and still no response and that was the beginning of this summer! A small place like that, shouldn't be THAT busy! Obviously, you people don't need help that badly!
I love Menchies! Me and my kids will always find time to come. I do miss Jessie though! She was our highlight of going! Always had a smile & was the best worker in my opinion. Everyone is always friendly and fro yo is awesome.
This place took good covid protections. - made all use had cleaner before pouring the yogurt handles - had many of the candies in individual plastic containers. - kept people 6 ft apart. Appreciated this protection! Yogurt and additives were very good. Nice treat with several yogurt flavors, candy adders and sauces to add. Pricey, but yogurt places are always that.
