It is a good McDonald's. The staff is polite, the restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are kept clean. The food is what is expected from a McDonald's.
Breakfast items were okay but the cheese wasn't even melted. Made it taste funky.
I was in the store with a service animal. The manager was talking to me in a rude way: if you dont have certificate you need to stay outside. Then I was pulling out my E-certificate to show him. He didnt even bother looking (which he asked to see) and said in a very rude and loud way: you need to take your animal outside now. I repeated myself again: I told you we have a certificate and you didnt want to take a look. Eventually I was holding my certification all the time but he refused to look at it. I picked up my order and I went to my car. Another customer who was in the store came out the store walked to me and said: we all heard the manger yelling at the customer-which is you, and I didn’t even order because I’m not going to order here when they treat their customers like this. She also said: I will definitely report what I saw too. I really appreciate her support and I am really disappointed in how this manager is behaving. He definitely needs some professional training.
My wife and I wanted to get a refreshing cold beverage on a hot summer day, so we stopped by and I got a Large Coca-Cola and she got a Large Ice Water, lo and behold the water cost a dollar when it's is complementary at every other McDonalds that I've been too. The most abundant resource on our planet, smdh!!!
I come here all the time for Iced Coffee. Most of the time anymore it's bad, mostly cream and doesn't even taste like coffee. I've even tried asking for light cream and it comes out the opposite every time.
Its a McDonald's, nothing new,, drive through was busy but moved pretty fast
Last time our fries were forgotten and we were told too bad. Called the GM and complained and we were given gift cards to use to prove that was not the common experience. Tried to use the gift cards and we were accused of stealing them and that they would only honor one at a time. Probably not going back for a long time.
My boyfriend just went up to get me a Oreo flurry but the ice cream machine was down sooo the guy made me a vanilla shake with Oreos in it and it's just as good! Shout out to you dude you went above and beyond for me and I am so happy ? idk who you are but thank you !!
Recieved food from this Mcdonald's thru doordash ordered 3 breakfast ect and one of the sandwiches were burt to a crisp "black"!! I call and the manager (SPENCER) Told me to call doordash, I explained that I lived close enough to walk and return the sandwich for another and was told that there was nothing that they could do about it and that it didn't come from their store! (This is the store we always order from several times a week) This manager was rude and his customer service skills suck!!
I love stopping here for breakfast when I drive to MN a couple times a year. This is our breakfast spot. Staff are always a pleasure, store is always clean, and there's rarely a line. I legit drive out of my way to go to this specific location and will continue to do so.
