Undercooked fries, burned spicy crispy sandwich and wrong toy for the Happy Meal. I barely go to McDonald’s and I keep forgetting this is why. Waste of money and makes a person never want to eat out.
Every time I come here the service is excellent, the tall older gentleman at the drive thru is very kind and courteous. This is the best mcdonalds in the area and I always come here over any other mcdonalds, keep up the fantastic work and thank you for meeting my expectations and several others. Don't forget patience is key!
They always screw up your order and dont act like they care. Young girls at the window, need to learn how to be pleasant with less attitude.They make you want to arrange a boycott.
The one on Bishop has been perfect within this month. They are accurate, friendly and fast. My food is fresh each time.
They forget your food items and know that they forgot it they never answer the phone if they mess any of my food up you litterly gotta go back up there Bc they don’t answer there phone
We waited at the drive through for 10 minutes, they took at least 5 cars through the other lane and never acknowledged we were even there. We finally gave up and went elsewhere as did cars behind us. Very poor customer service.
This is probably the best one to come to if you NEED to eat McDonald's. They have the best service, staff, and you're not stuck in line forever.
Definitely would not recommend working here NOR eating here. It’s very unprofessional, I witnessed a worker named Caitlyn bringing a man up to the store to fight somebody while I was trying to get my food! I left this store last year and I constantly see and hear about people coming and going from this store because of poor management which is also why I left. Don’t let the pay fool ya. The managers do not value minors at all even though we work the most and make up half of the store. I worked there for over a year so you would think my opinion would be somewhat valued but apparently not. Ashley and Caitlyn are very big on drama, especially involving minors. I would think because they’re rather older that they might want to lessen the drama instead of adding fuel to it. Anytime I brought up a problem to HR they did absolutely nothing about it and they even took their emails down out of the break room so we wouldn’t be able to email them. Previously when I worked there, a coworker named Bryan stole another coworker’s vape out of the break room and acted like he didn’t do it until they seen him on the cameras. They did not fire him so I’m not surprised when they let the smaller things slide.
Traveling to the east side of the state from the west (I’m from the Grand Rapids area) and they were really kind to me when I passed by. If you’re traveling and need a bite in between driving, this McDonald’s is a good stop :)
14.00 for 2 big macs and one fry. It's been years. I remember why. Service was exceptional though! Food was prepared well.
