Total mess in there. One, they left the lobby doors unlocked but told everyone that the lobby was closed. Two, they don’t tell you a price at the speaker. Which is kind of whatever because I ordered a sweet tea, which brings me to the pay window. She didn’t say a THING to me. Still not yet a terrible experience though. It happens. Get to the next window, and was left there for probably like five minutes waiting on a sweet tea. Got tea and left, figured out it wasn’t sweet tea. It was regular tea. So now I’m a little miffed and I head back to get a sweet tea, I tell the lady at the speaker that I just ordered a sweet tea and got a regular tea, and she gives me attitude. Like big attitude. Told me the total this time, which I paid for a second drink despite the fact that they messed it up. Paid in change cause that’s all I had left after buying my first (messed up) drink. Now listen, I’ve worked in fast food for a long time, and I know how to conduct yourself so you don’t look unprofessional. When a manager at a McDonald’s is acting like a high schooler who “doesn’t need this job” they need to hire a new one. Sorry to say.
Open your lobby, dilvery driver don't want ti wait forever on your slow assembly because your too lazy to open your lobby it 8 am
This location is one of my favorites for fast food done right and freindly staff.
This location always serves hot food. I've never been disappointed here. Sometimes there maye be a wait but it's worth the wait. And this location has never messed my order up. Great job everyone!
Poorly run franchise! Girl taking order doesn't repeat back your order, how MUST i help you attitudes, double cheeseburger was so flat, i thought they gave me a regular cheeseburger. This was my 1st experience with this McDonald's, so I gave them a second chance...nope same service, same flat double cheeseburger, there will not be a third visit. Your experience may be different, but I wouldn't bet on it!
This McDonald's is my go to place. I never have to worry about my food being messed up or missing something that I ordered. Keep up the great work!
Walked into the open lobby and was told it was closed by a rude girl with half blond and half black hair. A locked door or a sign would have also gotten the message across instead of attitude. Bye forever.
Was shorted a fry. Normally wouldnt bother me minus the fight it caused with 2 kids because they had to share.
Excellent product selection and there was time for personal attention even at their busiest time of the year
Food was pretty good and drinks were good but the dude in front of me at the drive thru was super mean to the person, being all transphobic and who know what else. There was a lot I didn’t hear. Just kinda damped the experience
