Came through with my mom, we ordered 2 sandwiches, person on drivethough was rude to my mother because they couldn't understand what she had said even though she said the order very clearly so I wanted to just leave right there. But we continued and they took our order and still somehow mess up my order(no cheese). How you gonna have the audacity to talk to my mom the way you did just because you were not listing and still messing up a simple order? It's really annoying if you couldn't tell from my rant.
It’s McDonald’s, this one always seems to forget something . This time it was the fries ? but oh well . It’s McDonald’s where if they get orders right without making you pull forward and wait , you’d be surprised.
Fast food places have been getting criticism alot especially during the pandemic but in my opinion the staff here always seem to be doing the best they can. And I've worked fast food and I know the temperature can be intense especially in the summer so I appreciate that they always do their best.
My burger was slightly dry which was surprising. I still give this location a thumbs up!!
Today must be a day for not listening to anything that is being ordered! I never have a problem with this location until today! Just wow!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, however I don't eat fast food often. This was a reminder as to why. Used the kiosk to order my breakfast and after waiting 10 mins for them to bring it to me, I decided to go see what was the hold up. Get up there and an employee asks are you waiting on the big breakfast. I replied yes and he said it's coming right up. 10 mins later I had to go back to the counter and it was sitting there on the other side where they make the drinks. It was cold of course. Avoid this place, not recommended.
I waited in line for 10 min with no one else in line. Because a employee was on her personal phone. Then didn’t give me my receipt like I request. But what took the cake is when a manager did not allow a employee to give me my free sauce for my daughter 6 piece nugget. I was told I had to pay and requested what was just given to me. The service is slow and unprofessional. Will never eat at a McDonald’s again after this experience.
??? this place is a joke. Your Google account says open 24 hours updated ONE WEEK ago. Your app says OPENED 24 hours, then ALL the lights are on, I placed a mobile order and they refused to acknowledge you. The blonde guy literally still sat in the office….. so I’m guessing management should either fix their system, teach them to turn off lights if they are actually closed.
Maybe the worst service I have ever had at McDonald's. Unnecessarily rude drive-thru staff. I ordered a large size Big Mac meal plus another Big Mac. I received a medium drink at the window. I asked to exchange it for a large. The person at the window said they couldn't give me a large (even though all drinks cost the same) because they rang it up as a medium. Then I was told I would have to drive back around re-enter the drive-thru line in order to get a different drink. Eventually I got my large drink with a sarcastic "Have a nice rest of your life." From the employee. I will not ever spend another dollar at this restaurant. But, honestly they didn't seem to care.
