Asked for cheeseburger, ketchup only, received a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard & pickle. Tasted awful I'm allergic to MUSTARD! GOT SICK! ?? I never eat fast food and I won't ever eat there again.
I'm not sure why this place says they do drive thru? I waited at the intercom for 5 minutes and no answered it.
Food is always hot. They just do a great job of making the order right.Best one in Lansing.
This is my main McDonald's restaurant because it's the closest to where I live. They are not quite back up to pre lockdown status but I think there they are getting there. Before covid they were making available many of their breakfast items all day long. Since the egg sausage cheese McMuffins are my favorites I was really appreciative of that. I'm looking forward to them getting back to pre covid status. I give them a little slack on getting back to normal because they're no different than everybody else. They are trying and that's all I can ask for at this point. I'll give them five stars as long as they keep on trying.
ALWAYS missing parts of my order. I’m paying for food I never receive then the employees act like I’m trying to swindle everyone…ridiculous
I used work at that McDonald's and the manger Monica was always on me because I didn't don't anything right like that one time I told her I wasn't feeling good people shouldn't work there or eat thereTo be honest I think it closes for good
Been here a few times now and have had hot food with the right items. Can't ask for more than that.
Regular cheese burgers have gone up in price service was very slow employees don't pay attention to what your ordering don't recommend this McDonald's
